We was very pleased with the service we received from John Weir. On time, polite and considerate from beginning to end. nothing too much trouble, offering suggestions and answering queries.

One thing which I think is more the Crematorium, was people watching via video link had trouble hearing Maria Sparks talking, plus one person said the air conditioning was too loud to hear as well.

Sharon of the Rainham office looked after us. I really needed some body to guide me through the process of my Dad's funeral. Even with the current COVID restrictions Sharon was always available by telephone. She was so helpful. On the day Kevin who directed proceedings was highly professional but at the the same time very caring and attentative. John Weir (Rainham) made a painful day just a little less painful.

Everyone who helped us at this sad time were excellent right from Theresa in the office who went out of her way to find a piece of unusual music that we wanted and Revd Melvin Cooke who although we had not met him felt like one of the family and everyone else involved who made the day run smoothly, Extremely well done

Anna couldn't of been anymore helpful than she was. Anna kept in contact before and kindly checked on us after the funeral.

The funeral service went as arranged and everyone involved in the service were outstanding.

Second time to of used John Weir in Rainham in two years and there standards never drop.

Truly excellent service received from the initial planning stages through to the delivery and completion of the cremation service. All members of staff dealt with were polite, friendly and understanding / and the pall bearers and other company attendees at the service carried out their duties with poise and in a most dignified manner.
