Deana at John Weir was so helpful in gently assisting us in planning the best funeral that we could for my sisters husband Trevor when he died of Covid-19 suddenly.
Deana was patient, kind and very respectful of my sisters wishes and my sister was so grateful for every thing she did to help us make the plans for our final farewell to him very special and personal.
My sister Carol felt that we were able to make him proud of the funeral that we had organised with Deana's help.
The celebrant that they had recommended Deborah Glass was also perfect for the humanistic funeral that Trevor wanted as a celebration of his life.
Thank you to the whole team for making Trevor's funeral a lovely send off.

Our family have used John Weir a number of times over the years and sadly we have needed their services once again. We were very pleased with the way Anna and Kevin at John Weir Rainham looked after our Dad's funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very supportive.

My Mum's funeral was dealt with in the most respectful way possible given these difficult circumstances with Covid restrictions. Kevin was very supportive on the day and I would like to express my total thanks to Kerry for her constant support from beginning to end of the whole process, she was an absolute star and I can not thank her enough for helping me through this traumatic time.

We were extremely happy with the service we received from John Weir Funeral Directors (Rainham). I dealt principally with Deana who professionally guided us through with genuine compassion, she was always available and fast to respond to any queries or concerns that we had. It was of huge comfort to us knowing that our Dad was in such safe hands - especially with it being the first time of dealing with a funeral arrangement.

Faultless service at a very tough time. Julia has a very comforting yet very professional manner. The men at the date of the funeral got us to the crematorium in good time, despite Father Tom running late, and roadworks on the 2. They looked after us very well
