I was very impressed with everything John Weir have done. All staff staff were very caring.

However Funeral guide have addressed emails to me and my late husband which is a little insensitive at this time.

My phone call to John Weir’s, on the day of my wife’s passing, was answered in a very understanding and prompt way.
From the outset and throughout the planning stage of the funeral, my children and I were advised, guided and supported by Kelly for whom nothing was too much trouble. The choice of church and the minister was largely due to her efforts and proved to be such a wise choice for us. To sum it up, she did my wife and my children’s Mum proud.
As a result of our family’s experience at the Rainham branch, I would have no hesitation in recommending John Weir’s. In my opinion, they are funeral directors second to none.

John Weir leads a thoughtful and considerate team. Nothing is a problem and their attention to detail is outstanding.The enourmously dignifed, respectful and almost military way of caring for the deceased during transportaton and the crematorium was absolutley what my father would have wanted and expected.
There is no question that John Weir employs staff that truly care for those lost and their families. In the darkest of days they will take your hand and guide you.

Friends and family have all commented how lovely the service was, how you all showed your love, respect and care for dad which we could not have asked for more.

I would definitely recommend John Weir the staff are very caring and nothing seemed too much trouble. Chapel of rest open during covid pandemic when other undertakers did not offer this service, this meant family was able to say their goodbyes a great help towards the grieving process.
