I used John Weir for my dear Mothers funeral last week as I had used them before 7 years ago and was pleased with their professionalism care and kindness . This time was even better from Holly at the Parkwood Branch who was there for me every step of the way in the organisation she arranged the Celebrant Peter Tongue who was excellent and delivered our service exactly as we wanted .  To the directors on the day who were professional and caring to our funeral party . My Mother would have loved her service . So Thank You all at John Weir for making her day so special I couldn’t asked for more.

I cannot thank John Weir Funeral enough. I have lost both my parents within a short space of time. The kindness of Julia who has seen me through the whole process has been excellent and so kind. Nothing was too much and on the day for both funerals Shane was the calming influence that was so needed. John Weir’s is independent and that shines through with their personal service. Thank you is not enough. I would highly recommend them

Everything went smoothly and exactly as we’d planned. The staff were wonderful and even colour matched with us. Deana was sympathetic but so efficient making sure we were happy with organising the day. My Mum had a beautiful service. Thank you.

We cannot speak highly enough of the way in which Julia helped us through this stressful time.
She was genuine, empathetic and so generous of her time….nothing was too much trouble she was always at the end of the phone to help with any problems and happy to go over again issues we hadn’t fully taken in.
On the day we were treated with utmost respect and kindness by all the John Weir Staff.

The service and help we received was excellent. All the staff from the two guys who collected Michael's body at 3.30am on the day he died, to Anna, who organized his service, to Gemma the celebrant and to the guys attending the funeral, everyone was respectful, helpful, kind. Nothing was too much trouble.

John Weir what can I say the answer to that is so very easy. From when we first entered the Funeral Directors to meet Julia who put us at ease and help us plan my husband's funeral to the day we could have his funeral with everything that we requested all in place.

On the day we had 2 cars which were spacious very comfortable and above all the Funeral Director Kevin and the Pallbearers were very respectful caring and helpful which again helped to put us all at ease.

I would not hesitate to recommend John Weir for their nearest and dearest funeral arrangements .

A difficult day no one wants to face. However many things contributed to an unblemished day. I contacted JW prior to my mother’s death as she was located in Bristol but wanted to return to Kent. On her death just one phone call from the nursing home put the logistics in place. JW kept me informed throughout. The day of the funeral was a dignified send off and everything was in place. The hearse and limo arrived, introduction in place we arrived at the church. The pall bearers were so professional virtually unnoticed but they took care of the music, flowers and us as a family. We then went to the crematorium again checking with us as a family there was no need everything in place. I was so proud to give our mother the send off she deserved aided by JW. Thank you.

Very understanding,compassionate people . I needed extra help with certain things for two disabled relatives which John Weir were only to happy to help me with. Thank you Sharon who helped me stage by stage. Thankyou Simon who helped me on the day.

Supportive through the entire process. All John Weir representatives on the day were so professional and kind. Beautiful vehicles, large number of limousines available. Beautiful order of service. Suggested options that suited our family perfectly. Liaised with both churches, and the vicar so it was seamless. Thank you Julia, and Shane on the day.
