Julia at JW assisted me in preparing the perfect send off for my Husband, making a stressful and distressing time more bearable. She kept me informed every step of the way. All of the team were easy to contact and were able to make my wishes come true. 
Shane, on the day was patient with me and all of the family, giving clear direction and made sure we understood what was happening and keeping us to time and following the funeral process.

I would highly recommend John Weir, Gillingham, as they handled my husband's funeral with the greatest care and compassion. We had a non-traditional funeral service, and Deana at the Gillingham branch handled all of our requests, including some very obscure punk tracks, brilliantly. Nothing was too much trouble. The celebrant she appointed for us was absolutely marvellous, and everything was handled with dignity and the greatest respect on the day.

Everyone in the office was polite, professional and welcoming. The men who drove us to the funeral were very respectful, answered any questions which we had and allowed us to take our time before and after the actual funeral.
