From beginning to end nothing was too big an ask. Outstanding and respectful dealing us and our loved one. I would highly recommend and we will be using Weirs no doubt in the future.
Les ensured I understood all through the process as this was the first time I've had to deal with a funeral of a close loved one and my head was mush.

Deana was amazing and really empathetic she answered any questions we had and gave us reassurance that our baby would be in the best care possible. Deana was Very professional and very friendly and really projected her motherly care also which was very comforting and the service provided by the gentleman on the day of her funeral was nothing but respectful made a horrible situation bearable with the kindness and care they provided. Thank you so much for helping us lay our daughter to rest so peacefully.

All the staff at John Weir without exception have been kind, calm and efficient at a difficult time.
We felt understood, supported and that we could ask anything at any time.
Family photos were well adapted for the Order of Service and we took advantage of the streaming service so family far away were included.
I have nothing but the highest praise for the team.

They were consistently thoughtful, responsive, and respectful—not just to the family, but to the memory of my parents. From the planning to the ceremony, everything was carried out with quiet precision and genuine care.
