Kerry at John Weir has been excellent throughout the plan of Mum's funeral. The family are very grateful to her and the rest of the staff who have worked hard to ensure that Mum's funeral requests were brought to fruition. They have been excellent from start to finish. I used John Weir in Gillingham to arrange my mum's funeral following a good experience 3 years ago when they organised my dad's. Once again I really couldn't fault a thing. The service I received from Deana was excellent. She was so patient and compassionate and nothing was too much trouble. She even phoned me the day before mum's funeral to go through everything to make sure it was how we wanted it to be.
Simon, who was in charge on the day, was also excellent making sure we were happy with everything and checking all was in order in the chapel before we entered.
I really cannot recommend John Weir enough, they made a difficult time an awful lot easier for us all.

Our family would like to extend our deepest thanks to John Weir—especially Emma, Simon, and Kevin—for their outstanding support and assistance with my mum’s funeral. Emma went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. She even remembered that Mum always loved her “big hair” and made sure to puff it up a little before we went to see her, which meant so much to us.
On the day of the funeral, Simon and Kevin were incredibly sympathetic, offering gentle guidance throughout. They also shared a few kind, light-hearted moments with us on the way to the wake, which brought real comfort during a difficult day.
From start to finish, everything was handled with such professionalism, care, and compassion. Thanks to their dedication and kindness, Mum had the perfect farewell, and we will always be grateful for that.

We wear very impressed with the quality of service that we received from J WEIR including the quality of transport used by them. I have difficulty in walking so we were driven to as near to grave sites as possible.l would recommend them to anyone in need of a very good company.

We received an absolute excellent service from Deana and all at John Weirs. Initially we were working under a tight time frame and Deana pulled out all of the stops to help us give our Mum the send off she deserved. Then when unforeseen circumstances changed our plans, Deana was again on hand to ensure that everything was sorted and changed for the later date. I would highly recommend John Weir Funeral Directors, they were brilliant from the first time we walked in their office at Gillingham, very professional, very polite and treat with you with so much respect.
But the way my Son was looked after was second to none, they did an excellent job,nothing was too much trouble, I really can't praise them enough.

At the most saddest time of our lives my family were treated with empathy kindness and the upmost respect.
Every part was discussed and planned meticulously and I’m so grateful my Mum requested John Weir.
Julia was a massive support to us and answered all our questions. She also recommended our celebrant Sarah who was truly outstanding.
On the actual day Kevin guided us through every thing that was going to happen with kindness and respect. He had a lovely calmness which was much needed.

Anna took great care of us from start to finish, making sure we got everything we wanted for Mum. The process was very easy, and all the staff were very understanding and professional.
