From the very moment they came to pick up my mum on the morning she passed, Albins handled everything with grace and dignity. Throughout the entire process, they showed such genuine compassion and care that I cannot praise them highly enough. They supported me through every stage, helping to create the beautiful send-off I had always envisaged for my lovely mum. Everything was carried out perfectly, and it will remain a day I will always remember with gratitude.

Albins have always shown absolute,respect in what they do,nothing is too much trouble.
They were excellent when they did my mums 9 yrs ago and have shown the same respect for my dad.

from the moment we contacted Albin's when our mum had sadly passed they were extremely helpful and professional.
all their staff showed the family compassion and empathy. and guided us on all the arrangements that needed to be done.
on the day of her funeral we were very touched by the little things that Albin's did such as placing a white rose at all the places where our mum had lived. no one does it quite like Albin's.

From the moment I entered Albins funeral parlour I knew I had made the right decision, Mickey and his team could not of made things easier ,feel any better considering the pain the whole family were going through , they organised everything including the great father Jim who carried out the service, we just had to tell them what we wanted and they took it from there ,all I can say is thank you for such a great send off for my wife and that was all down to Albins Sidcup branch .Kevin

During one of the most difficult times in our lives, the team at Albin Deptford  provided care, compassion, and professionalism beyond anything we could have hoped for.




From our very first meeting, they treated our family with kindness and patience. Every question was answered gently, every detail was handled with dignity, and we never once felt rushed or pressured. In the midst of our grief, they created a calm and supportive space where we could focus on honoring our loved one.

After a false start with a national chain, we were lucky to find Albins through a Google search. As we live over 300 miles away we didn’t know the local Funeral Directors so we’re somewhat worried. 
From the first call with Neil we knew we had found the right one. The distance was no barrier to him and he was happy to help us plan things from afar. 
He was helpful, professional and prompt at responding on email or telephone. All his recommendations for associated services were excellent e.g. Flowers by Kate SE9 and the Celebrant Teresa Redmond. 
On the day of the funeral Albins were so professional and respectful and contributed hugely to the perfect send off for our loved one.

Well what can I say from the early hours on a Sunday morning in December when Dean and Greg came to pickup dad up I knew this was the right company to use, they were so caring and said they would look after dad while his was in  their care and they kept to their word. Monday morning Chris from the office called to explain all the next steps, again so caring and always asked if I had any questions, from then on Chris was my number one lady to go to, was always helpful, calm and loving nothing was every to much trouble and always replied to emails so promptly a credit to Albins, oh and dads final journey went pass the shop and there was Chris outside head bowed what a lovely touch.
Then day of funeral we were greeted at home by George and his crew again an amazing team everything was done to what we wanted, as we left the house a rose was put on the door, George let my grandson walk with him in front of the hearse and showed him exactly what to do what a proud moment for him and this will be with him and us for the rest of our lives.
Albins should be very proud of all the staff the respect they gave dad and  all of us, nothing was too much trouble  from start to finish. I will recommend to everyone thank you from bottom of my heart. Keep up your amazing work great team Thank so much Mel x

Albins conducted my mum’s funeral with such incredible grace, dignity, and professionalism. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The care, attention to detail, and compassion shown to our family made such a difficult time so much easier to bear.




So many people commented afterwards that they had never seen a funeral held so beautifully and so well organised. That truly speaks volumes about the standard of service Albins provides.




They also arranged my dad’s funeral four years ago, and the experience was just as exceptional. On both occasions, Joanna took care of everything for us. She was compassionate, thoughtful, and incredibly organised, guiding us through every step with kindness and reassurance. Knowing we were in such capable hands brought us immense comfort.




A special thank you as well to Jon and the lads, who carried out their roles with such respect and professionalism. Their kindness, dignity, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed and meant so much to us as a family.




I cannot thank Albins — and especially Joanna — enough for giving both of my parents the most dignified and fitting farewell. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone
