WOW, Stibbards you team have done it again. Exceptional through and through. Our experience when you dealt with Dad's funeral in 2023 was exceptional and you have done it again with Mum's funeral this month (March 2026). On both occassions the personal touch to the quirks of each of our parents stories was incredible. Your staff are highly professional and very personable. Thank you for making a difficult time as easy and pleasant as could be hoped for.

Based on my recent experience (March 2026), I cannot rate this company more highly. From the expert and compassionate advice and guidance I had from Alison to the professional and compassionate experience my family and I received on the day of the funeral from Scott, Ross and Darren.

The only 'bump in the road' was with production of the order of service; however, as soon as we raised the issue, it was sorted quickly and professionally.

I would highly recommend this company for anybody who has the unfortunate need to do so.

Was all and more could have imagined for my wife funeral, Janice made helped and made the arrangement process which is all very personally difficult so easy and was on the phone whenever I had a question. The day went almost like apart from the hearse being blocked in so did get a bit nervous, however Scott was amazing and reassuring me from his phone call the day before from keeping updated on his journey to us then for rest of the day amazing professionalism from everyone and Scott and Darren amazing with my boys on a very difficult day. Laura was also amazing it’s very hard putting a lot thoughts and words to someone then not knowing what will sound like on the day and even I got yo read the eulogy before the day still very hard to imagine how will sound on the day but all went very well. All friends and family who attended said was one of the most beautiful send off they have attended. Thank You. 
Also not to forget the media team of the order of service literally took an idea and made it beautifully.

We are really happy with the service provided to us by S Stibbards & Sons. They were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was arranged smoothly and we were kept informed at all stages.

When it came to the service, the pallbearers were very respectful and efficient - we've received numerous comments on how good the funeral directors were.

My wife wanted to make her own funeral arrangements and Maria Stibbard came to our house. She was caring and thoughtful and guided us with dignity.
After my wife passed her body was collected.
Wendy contacted me often to offer help and to keep me updated on the order of service, musical tribute etc.
The funeral went off without a hitch and I was treated with respect at all times. All of the staff were considerate at all times leaving no matters unresolved or in doubt.
