Stibbards were incredible during a really difficult time. The communication was excellent which was great for me and my sister as we knew what was happening all the way along the process. If we had any questions, they didn’t hesitate to help and offered suggestions along the way. The funeral itself was impeccable and this was due to Stuart and the rest of the Stibbards staff being so professional on the day. We couldn’t have asked for more so thanks.

Totally professional company. All staff were lovely and empathetic.
Nothing was too much for Debbie in the office.

We cannot thank Stibbards Funeral Directors enough for the care, compassion and professionalism they showed us following the loss of my beloved wife, Natalie.
From the very first contact, everyone we dealt with was kind, understanding and respectful. They guided us through what was an incredibly difficult time and took care of every detail, allowing our family to concentrate on saying goodbye to Natalie.
The funeral service was beautiful and exactly what we wanted for her. Everything was handled with such dignity, care and attention to detail, and we felt that Natalie was treated with the utmost respect throughout.
At such a heartbreaking time, having people who genuinely care makes such a difference. We will always be grateful to everyone at Stibbards for helping us give Natalie the farewell she deserved.

From our first meeting with David through to the day of the funeral, always there at the end of the phone for support. The day of the funeral went like clockwork which took away a lot of stress the family were feeling on the day

I'm not particularly good at ceremonies and approached planning a funeral with a level of trepidation, but Stibbards took care of everything, provided helpful advice about things I might miss and generally made the process a smooth one.

I have used Stibbards for both of my parents funerals. Everything was done so professionally and mums carers were blown away by the care they took when preparing mum to take from her house. Always a friendly and knowledgeable person at the end of the phone. They went above and beyond. Thank you!

Alison was absolutely brilliant in helping us go through the most horrendous and saddest time of our lives. Everything was perfect and their attention to detail was great. Dave on the day looking after us during the most traumatic day was also appreciated so much.
