We were supported by Kate who was so kind and caring throughout. Mum was looked after in the highest of care. What was a very traumatic and devastating time was made much easier to handle with this fantastic team of professional people. I will never be able to thank them enough.

As a family we are so grateful for the beautiful service you arranged for our mum.
From the moment of her passing to the day of the funeral Janice at Stibbards has given us outstanding service with compassion and sympathy and has gone above an beyond to fulfil all of our requests. Janice is wonderful.
We would also like to give our heartfelt thanks to Scott who led the day of the funeral and laid our mum to rest with such dignity. And ensuring that after the service all of our family were given enough time to comfort each other without being rushed and checked with each and everyone of us that we were doing ok.
Through such a tough time Stibbards couldn't have done anymore for us as a family. And we are forever thankful and grateful.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for looking after our beloved mum and giving her the time, love and dignity she deserved.

I do not know if it was me not listening whilst at the funeral directors or a missunderstanding on my part. As I had to follow up on some information about having the information regarding my fathers death being uploaded to the Funeral Guide web site. Also the option on the Web site to request confirmation of attendance at the wake was not available and I had to chase it. I don't know whose responsibilty it was to have this option available, but thought from our discussion at the undertakers that it would be a standard facility.
Aside from this the funeral was handled with complete profesionalism. Thank you John Haslehurst
