Everything went really well. There was just one thing, I asked for 5ft flowers and they were 3ft 6.

We are however saddened to hear that you have concerns over the size of the floral tribute. On investigating this for you today the florists have provide me with photographs and it does appear that the tribute was 5ft as it should have been, but clearly this does not overcome your disappointment with it and for that we are very sorry. A.W.Lymn provided an excellent service. They were professional and helped us navigate our way through the funeral arrangements. Everything was perfect. We are so glad we used them to give our mother Hazel a lovely funeral.

The very caring overall attention to detail to my dear Jean was wonderful. I saw her in the chapel of rest ,and she looked absolutely beautiful,after her illness in hospital they gave me my Jean back as my final memory I don,t think I could have picked a more professional firm to help me to deliver her to her God. Nigel, my father, has also asked me to add that he was sorry that having arranged the funeral and met with all your family he could not attend, but that Matthew did inform him that everything went as expected and he managed to understand the instructions left for him detailing the special route for the cortege to follow. -

We simply can't express how wonderful Donna has been throughout this difficult time Her support & guidance has meant that our Dad had the best care we could have wished for.
From start to finish the standard of service & professionalism demonstrated by Donna & the team has been commendable.

Scott was amazingly caring and was able to tailor to our mood well. He was attentive and responsive to our needs and changes we wanted with excellent communication throughout. The event went extremely well and could not recommend highly enough.

I can't thank Donna and her colleagues enough for the care they showed me and my family during June Thorsby (my sister in law) funeral, it was a very traumatic time for us and their kindness and support getting us through all the process involved was so fantastic.
They did all the paper work, guided us through the service, I can't say thankyou enough.

Staff were very professional and kind. Every detail taken care of. We had a problem with coach transport breaking down after the funeral but Lymns staff stepped in and sorted out extra cars. Would have no hesitation in highly recommending Lymns .

From my first meeting with Darren at the Ollerton branch, our family has been treated with kindness and the attention shown to detail has been second to none. My Dad was treated with the upmost respect and the funeral cars supplied would have impressed him very very much. Thank you.

The pre service arrangements were all very good, however, they arrived 20 minutes late on the day of the funeral which was unrcessairly stressful for the family and not what I would have expected from a reputable firm.
