The service overall was outstanding!
Jonathan at Mansfield Woodhouse was so professional and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble.
The staff went out of their way to ensure everything was just how we wanted it. Would highly recommend.

The card on my flowers was lost and my flowers were unnamed at the crematorium...I’m still waiting for a call back as they are going to look for it (last Thursday). Was end disppointing end to what I felt was good service before then....

I am extremely sorry that you are still awaiting our return call, both Natalie and Richard have tried on numerous occasions and can only get your answerphone, on which we have left several messages. The whereabouts of your card is unknown, as it was definitely attached to the tribute at our office, but unfortunately once the flowers had been moved by the Crematorium it is very difficult to pinpoint where it became detached. I have spoken with our client Mr Spence to explain all of this. Thank you for your otherwise positive comment, Mr. Spence also described his experience as excellent. I am only sorry that Natalie has not been able to get back in touch with you. -

Very sensitive to our personal wishes and explained the procedures in detail with no pressure to make an immediate decision. There were good communications and the entire process was exemplary and family orientated. We were treated with dignity and respect. We would like to say a special thanks to Ellie and the celebrant Val who we would highly recommend . She displayed compassion and was very thoughtful prior to, during and after the service for Barbara. Kind regards Clifford and family

We could not have asked for a better service from Lyms. The attention to detail, the support we received at the most difficult of times was outstanding. Thank you to Brian who helped so much and to all the team on the day. A very difficult experience made a little easier which we will never forget.

Can’t praise them enough. Everyone so kind and helpful and reassuring. Jonathan is so professional and caring he makes you feel so safe. Jonathan looked after us like we were his own family. This is the 4th time we have used A.W.Lymn for mine and my husbands parents and we would not even think of using anyone else, the service gets better and better. Thank you Jonathan and the team for making a very hard day’s easier x

From the time the gentlemen came to collect Rex ,from the initial interview and the arrangement chat with Jane we were treated with respect ,care and consideration.All went according to plan on the day. We were collected on time and in spite of the number of people attending at the crematorium we managed to reach the. church in time for the Thanksgiving Service, which was memorable and very special, attended by over two hundred people- a tribute to Rex.Thank you for your help on what might have been a difficult day. Fiona especially, was so warm and friendly. Everything, right down to the last detail was handled with care and dignity at our fragile time. All of our family would like to say how kind, thoughtful and professional you all were.
At such a sad and difficult time you all...(especially Fiona) made it all fall into place and run smoothly for us and you took a lot of the
pain away and guided us through not just a funeral but a life celebration of our mother who went away with dignity and love.

Unfortunately Joes funeral was our 3rd in as many years, all through the Wollaton branch where the staff were very helpful and efficient in organising and meeting our family needs.
