We cannot recommend Lymns at Arnold highly enough. At a time when we were still reeling from the loss of our precious Mother, Ellie looked after us as a family and also took responsibility for all the arrangements on the days leading up to the funeral and also on the day of the funeral . Excellent service and attention from the beginning. Nothing was too much trouble. Have used Lymn’s for over 20 years for other Family funerals and they get more professional as the years go by. There Limousines are the best in the County, probably the Country. Perfection at its best. Thank you.

I couldn't thank AW Lymns enough for what they did, nothing was too much trouble. They kept me informed all the way. They were sympathetic to our necessary respectful and nothing was rushed. The cars were amazing and the Staff did an job from start to finish. They gave me the name for a lady to do the service Rachel Malone her service was out of this world, the best service I had ever been to , I felt as though she had known my mum. Thankyou to A W Lymns you did my mum proud

I would just like to say how wonderful both Sarah and Colin were during the funeral of my dad. It was most certainly the hardest thing I had to do but their professionalism and understanding made it a much easier process than expected. They were so kind and friendly and made sure that I was fully aware of everything that was going to happen and understood the entire process. A lovely team who genuinely showed empathy and support for me and ensured the process was smooth and we'll supported.

Stacey was incredible organising Dads funeral.
Barbara was our day to day contact and she was nothing short of perfect. She handled the constant revisions for the order of service, and she authentically comforted family members on the day of the viewing (she went above and beyond with my wife as no request was denied). On top of that, she supported me wash and dress my Dad. She was patient, sensitive and warm. I can not sing her praises enough.
On the day, Matthew was a class act. He rolled up his sleeves and participated in the burial of Dad, and many times could be heard singing the hymns louder than anyone else. He navigated the very hard job of being invisible whilst at other times actively participated and added to the celebration of Dads life. He was more than a funeral director and he was a great source of strength. He also looked after my Mother with TLC.
Everyone from your company made a very difficult time easier. I'd go as far to say that your company will allow us to look back on the day and smile.

I have forwarded your comment onto the team at Radcliffe and asked them to get in touch to let you know the current total for the donations. Our usual practice is to advise clients of the final total of donations received a month following the date of the funeral when they are sent to the charity on your behalf, this is because it is not uncommon for us to receive additional amounts during this time. I am sorry if this was not made clear to you at the time of making the arrangements but are glad that you found the rest of the service to be brilliant. Thank you.
