The service that we got from Kim Nichols at the Bulwell office was excellent,nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained in plain and easy to understand way.

The care and attention to detail was wonderful, no request was too much, and we did have some specific requests! Their patience and thoughtfulness was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone who has to go through the stressful events following a death. They made the procedure so much easier.

I’d like to thank everyone at A W Lymm Arnold for the way they organised and carried out my mums funeral. They helped make a difficult day not so difficult. Ellie was a delight and Nigel sorted the day like a pro.

The funeral involved repatriation and a considerable delay before cremation, both of which Lymns handled with the utmost professionalism and efficiency, but also with great compassion. Nothing was too much trouble. We got exactly the right balance on the day of the service too.
Given the complications, we would have expected to be faced with a very large bill, but that was not the case.

Mick at AW Lymns is very easy to talk to and friendly. With the sad loss of dad it was very comforting and supportive to have his help sorting everything out. The service given is very professional and accommodating they will let you personalise things and give advice on what works well in their experience. We have used Lymns previously and would use them again.
