Just a brilliant respectful delivery of the services they offered keeping the family in mind .

Everything went smoothly from Louise who fedback any of our enquiries to mark whose team who organised the transport side of things which mafe the day go well as we also had horses which also added to the day

This as a family was our first funeral we arranged but it was made so easy as the staff were caring polite respectful and informative and would have no problem recommending their services which was exceptional xonsering how gighly emotional the situation was for us as a family.

From the moment I had my first conversation with Louise, I knew that this was the right team to look after Nan on her final journey.
Louise was always on hand to make sure I understood what was happening at every stage. She was incredibly helpful, patient and understanding, and supported us in making sure Nan’s wishes were carried out exactly as we wanted.
The whole team were so thoughtful, compassionate and attentive throughout, and we truly felt that Nan was treated with the utmost care and dignity. Grace went above and beyond to retrieve Nan’s fingerprints, which are something we will treasure forever.
You all made the hardest time of my life a little more comforting. You went the extra mile to ensure that Nan’s wishes were respected and that her final farewell was exactly how she would have wanted it.
Thank you for your patience, kindness and understanding during such a difficult time. A special thank you also to Mark, who ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day and that Nan’s farewell was carried out with such care.
We will always be grateful for everything you did for Nan and for our family. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

This is our second time of going to Rouse& Co., each time has been wonderful. I would highly recommend the team there, who work so hard behind the scenes, to make the funeral on the day run smoothly and effortlessly. Their prices are very fair too. I am so glad I found them.

I would like to leave a review for Rouse particularly Grace, Mark, and other staff that helped who I'm so sorry not to remember their names, think it was Louise and the two men that helped with the cars and drivers. There was care straight from the beginning and loving support. All staff are suited to their jobs as they are compassionate, very helpful, supportive and very kind. Rouse went above and beyond with my family, especially myself with the joint funeral of my Nan and her son, my Dad's joint funeral. Grace was amazing as the talker at the funeral and showed her heartfelt emotion alongside her compassion when conveying to us as a family our words and songs. Other staff like Mark and Louise answered questions as did Grace and made me feel heard and helped massively. The men who were with us in the cars were also very compassionate and caring. The ashes were dealt with very compassionately and swiftly and also Grace talking us all through our memories and plans. I thank them all from the bottom of my heart for being so personable and caring and putting that before finances. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their services. with loving kindness Lesa.

My daughter and I can't thank Mark and all the team enough for how they helped guide us through the whole process.Nothing was ever too much for them- from the initial out of hours collection by Mark of my wife from home.Louise and Grace were also such a great help and managed to put our mind at ease and organised the ceremony.Carrie-Anne and Marilyn also added a couple of personal touches for Jackie as well.On the day of the ceremony Mark was there to help and ensure the day went smoothly and Jackie had the send off she well deserved.Thank you Rouse and Co. from Richard and Jo

A big heartfelt thank you to Mark, funeral director Louise, and Grace for all the care, kindness, compassion, and support you showed my family during such a heartbreaking time. We will never forget how supported and comforted you made us feel throughout the whole process.

From the moment we first contacted the funeral directors, they treated us with such dignity, warmth, and understanding while we navigated the pain of losing my dad. They truly made us feel like family and nothing was ever too much for them.

Their patience, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care brought so much comfort to us while we were grieving. They handled everything with such respect and made an incredibly difficult experience feel a little lighter through their support and kindness.

Having used Rouse in 2024 when my Father passed away and how fantastic they were,when my Son passed away in March 2026 I knew who I wanted to carry out my sons Funeral.
Mark,Louise and Grace are fantastic,nothing is too much trouble,they go above and beyond,and always on the end of the phone no matter what time.They add special touches that represent the person,which is such a special touch.Something you dont get with big company's.
Myself and my Family highly recommended.
