Rouse & Co Provided such a caring & compassionate service . They were available for every question or amendment we wanted,  often late into the night . They treated our family like we were the only
family they were dealing with , when actually there were others but we were never made to feel like anything was an issue , everything was dealt with , with such compassion & gentleness. Thank you for everything.

Incredible people who provide a first class service and being family run makes the service they provide feel so personal.
We had a few issues on the day of the funeral as we had so many more people than expected. Rouse and Co sorted out the issues that arose with no fuss and remarkable speed. They delt with everything leading up to the day. All of that meant the day passed as best as it could as I didn’t have to worry about any details. I could truly focus on my difficult day.

My family chose Rouse & Co for my sister's funeral because we were immediately met with kindness and sensitivity from Louise. We were able to trust that my dear sister was being placed into their good and honest care. Every step of the way, options for the service were explained to us and they had all the time and patience needed while we chose music, photographs and flowers for the funeral service.
On the day of the funeral, all our choices were delivered perfectly. Mark was our excellent, discreet and perfectly presented undertaker who taught our sons to be pall bearers with patience and had kind, gentle words for us all. The limousine we travelled in was in perfect condition and our chauffeur drove with great care and was very helpful, assisting my elderly mum into the car.
Finally to add that not only was there kindness and efficiency but also value for money.

Rouse and Co were excellent from our first visit to arrange our Dads funeral.Louise and Mark were kind,thoughtful and helped us arrange everything that we wanted.
They kept updated on everything and were always on the other end of the phone no matter what time.

Absolute 1st class service from the entire team at Rouse & Co, from the initial out of hours phone call with Mark right up until we parted at the end of the service. The entire process felt very personal and the attention to detail was exceptional. From the moment I first spoke to Mark I knew that I was making the right choice of putting my father in his care. From the first meeting with Mark at Rouse in the week prior to my husband's passing I knew that I had made the right choice, the kindness and compassion shown to myself and my boys when their dad died has been second to none, Mark and his family team are without doubt the best choice I made from our first meet then Mark collecting Alan in the early hours of a Sunday morning right through to the funeral earlier this week their professionalism and compassion I am sure could not be bettered.
I thank them all from the bottom of my heart for their service during an awful time for the family and cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone going through the same, it is the small attention to detail as well as the service that makes the whole process bearable.
