Having used Rouse in 2024 when my Father passed away and how fantastic they were,when my Son passed away in March 2026 I knew who I wanted to carry out my sons Funeral.
Mark,Louise and Grace are fantastic,nothing is too much trouble,they go above and beyond,and always on the end of the phone no matter what time.They add special touches that represent the person,which is such a special touch.Something you dont get with big company's.
Myself and my Family highly recommended.
Thank You again Mark Louise and Grace for making such a difficult time more comforting and less stressful

Rouse and Co handled my mother’s funeral in February and supported our family with patience, care, professionalism, and genuine compassion throughout a very difficult time. Me and Norma got on very well with everyone involved with David’s funeral. You were all very lovely and gave us the best send off for our Dad, Husband brother and friends. Rouse & Co were excellent dealing with my father's funeral. Both Louise in the office and Mark on the day were very helpful. It was nice to deal with a small family firm. from our initial meeting with Louise and follow up questions with Grace, to the day of the funeral we were treated with respect and understanding, the professionalism of the team on the day was amazing, they guided my family pall bearers so well and the whole thing went off without a hitch, i will recommend them to any one i know in the future. I thought there may be a slight drop in the quality of their service because of how cheaper they were across their competitors. I was wrong.

Everyone I dealt with from this company from my first call to them to the funeral itself were nothing short of wonderful.

At such a sad and difficult time they explained and guided me through everything with ease and simplicity, they put Grace the celebrant in touch with me and she was amazing, the service she put together was absolutely beautiful.

On the day Mark introduced himself and talked me though the way everything would go, he made sure I was okay and was so kind.
