Very helpful and respectful, guided me through all that needed doing. Always prompt to answer queries and explain our options and helped give our mum the funeral she’d have wanted.
Access to Obitus meant my far-flung family could all listen and choose music from our own homes which really helped get a consensus. Memory giving online was also very easy and convenient. 
Thank you to Andrew Traci etc for all their help.

We are fortunate that at a difficult time we have such a caring and professional funeral service to take care of our needs. You were treated as a person not another job
Very compassionate, explained all the processes
Never rushed
After initial appointment was kept updated by all members of staff
I would most definitely recommend them as a service to be relied upon and traditional service for your loved one to end their final journey

Myself and my two daughters Emma and Lisa have never known a company to be so caring.From the moment we notified them they have been first class service. The team at Dersingham were so kind totally respectfully with all our wishes nothing was too much trouble for them.They are a credit to the company to them it was more than a job we felt they were friends and new exactly what we wanted for my wife .Got bless them for the help and support they give my family at such a sad time

Andrew and his team provided an excellent service, I found it quite overwhelming to have so much to do and was supported throughout. I was also very impressed when visiting my partner with how he was presented, it was such a calm and peaceful process and I felt assured he was being treated with dignity and respect. It has been a great comfort to all those who were close to Neil to have such care and consideration given to our needs and requests, some of which were not run of the mill. Neil planned his own service and it was so important to me as his mother that all of his wishes were carried out.

Thornalley have recently supported us to arrange the funeral of our mum. From our initial contact with them to the conclusion of their service they have been wonderful. They have contacted us regularly to update us with the progress of the arrangements and to check on our well-being following our loss.
They have been supremely professional, thorough and caring. Nothing ever felt rushed or too much trouble and it made a difficult time for us as a family so much easier.
Thank you all for your kindness and compassion in making sure our mum was treated with the dignity and care she deserved.
