A beautiful funeral service and experience for our family. Amanda was amazing, so warm and friendly and made everything seem so seamless and easy. The day of the funeral itself was so dignified from start to finish, I really can't praise the funeral service enough. The celebrant Nicola was such a lovely warm, empathetic woman and she delivered a moving and very personal service. Although my dad's death at 98 was so sad, the hurt and pain was really helped by these funeral directors and I would highly recommend them . Thank you so much.

Catherine and Charlotte were great, nothing was to much trouble and they where very helpful. All the staff leading upto and on the day of the funeral itself were very professional. I would recommend without hesitation

At the saddest of times, Steve at the Co-op in Argyle Street was a pleasure to deal with, kind and sympathetic, nothing was too much trouble.  I know my mother was treated with the utmost care and respect.  I never felt pressured or forced into anything I didn't want, yet all my requirements and more were met.   Highly recommend.

All the staff that I had spoke to were professional and knowledgeable, I was made to feel at ease with all the arrangements. Ann had a basic funeral plan in place I was able to add additional items to this and was kept upto date and shown previews of the items I had chosen, making this more personal to myself and to Ann. I had used a humanist for previous family members and the coop made it possible to use the same person, as he had already had most of the information for the service, I had given dates of the family availability to attend the funeral then I was given times of availability for the funeral to take place. I was contacted the day before and even on the day I was still able to decide what was best for the family thank you to Robert and Frazer at the Cumbernauld branch for this

I was delighted with the planning and organisation of my husband’s funeral. At all times my family and I were treated with kindness and respect. On the day of the funeral everything went like clockwork. The cars and funeral attendants were immaculate. Once again thank you for enabling my family and I to organise a fitting tribute to my husband.

Such a lovely lady Sarah at the funeral directors in pettswood,very caring and sympathetic and just told us all the arrangements for mums funeral and we left it with her and she kept us up to date with everything
