From start to finish the co-op gave a brilliant service and I would highly recommend them. At this sad time of bereavement the whole team that we met were compassionate, understanding and guided us through the process without any problems.

Staff and organization were first rate. Contacting the office was frustrating having to go via a call centre and explaining every time you called who you wanted to speak to.

Every body involved with Mums care was so kind professional and understanding.
We had a seamless funeral the flowers were lovely the order of service was first class. The music we chose was loud and clear.
Parkwood crematorium was the ideal place to it too, just being 10 minutes down the road. 
I would highly recommend them if you unfortunately need their services.

From start to finish in such a horrible time they guided me thru the process treated my loved ones with care they have looked after to of my family members and I am very happy with how they handled everything they done most of the work for me accomadated  me to see my loved ones when ever I wonted to they treated both of them with respect and love wouldn’t recommend any other funeral practice

A superb service with regards to Geds death. Extremely professional members of staff. Made the family feel comfortable and at ease. Very reassuring, compassionate and understanding. Incredibly respectful to Ged and all members of the family. The overall impression was of total professionalism. The experience began on 13th March. Lorraine and Rebecca attended to Ged and his transportation from our home. During this experience they showed empathy and kindness to all the members of the family. Ged was treated with the utmost respect and sensitivity at all times. The continuous dialogue and communication kept the family informed at All stages. Rachel, one of the funeral directors commenced the process with a calm, kind, clear and full explanation of each stage of the process. This then followed with all of the team continuing in the same manner with complete kindness and professionalism. Jeannie led the cortege on 27th March. The ceremonial stage of the funeral was highly impressive. There were many comments from family and friends to that effect. We would like to thank Mandy and Becky for their superb professionalism and deft handling of the administration at memorial house. They made the experience extremely positive and friendly. We will be very happy to recommend co-op funeral services. Many thanks to a superb team.

The care and support we received was brilliant, they took time to talk to us and give us the best advice under the circumstances. They looked after my father whilst he was with them. They listened to our and my fathers wishes to give him the best send off he would have wanted.

At what is a very difficult & stressful time, the family found the patience, compassion & support provided by Faryn & Stephanie in the office & Jade & her colleagues on the day to be exceptional.
The family & friends also felt that the celebrant, Steve Cheal, provided a really beautiful service for Mum for which we are very grateful.

The service we received from every member of staff from start to finish was excellent. Everything was explained, we were kept informed and encouraged to ask any questions we needed to. We all felt our loved one was cared for with kindness and consideration, nothing was too much trouble.

After losing my husband organising a funeral was the last thing i needed. From start to finish we got a 1st class service. It was a lovely lady called Kim who looked after myself & my family. Nothing was too much trouble. You would not get better treatment or kindness anywhere.
