I would like to say thankyou to Becki from the mirfield office who started things off for my father's funeral and then to Becky Charlotte and Jude for all the help with everything else. The team were very professional and took pride in everything that they did throughout the whole funeral. I would also like to thank Bill Wilde for his beautiful service and would recommend mackness coop for any other funerals in the future

From our initial meeting until the funeral itself we felt comfortable and confident in Cowplain Funeral care. 
We were helped at all stages of planning particularly with the funeral service. We were so grateful for all the help given, particularly in our choice of music which was personal and not easy to find but endless time was taken to ensure we had what we requested.

They were lovely from the minute they answered the telephone with me sobbing, to the actual day, checking on me and making sure I was ok. Very professional but genuinely caring too.
They talked me through options and explained it all so clearly. A difficult process was made much easier with them on board.

The service provided by yourselves was second to none and it was such a relief for me that you and the team delivered every expectation I had on managing the funeral with zero fuss and bother. The day yesterday went without hitch and the staff who attended were incredibly respectful and professional. I'd like to thank you personally for guiding us through the arrangements and ensuring that his funeral and my Mother's saddest day left her feeling upset but also incredibly pleased that we were able to say goodbye to him in a way that was fitting and approved of by the entire family. A lovely remembrance of a lovely man.




 Thank you so much to you and the team and if you could, please pass on my gratitude to the team on the day of the funeral as well as the two gents who arrived shortly after he passed away to take his body into care, they also were a credit and their professional manner and gentle handling so very much appreciated.

We could not have asked for better care and consideration from the wonderful staff at Meir. The celebrant that they matched us with for my brother's funeral could not have been more perfect and was so kind and caring at a time of such sadness and stress.

On the day, Martin was excellent and sensitive - even where we ran over slightly due to a late family member.
