I didn't look forward to making plans for my mom's funeral but the guidance and emotional support I received was outstanding. I was never at any point rushed and was always welcomed like a big warm blanket wrapped round me.
I would like to thank all who work at A W Lymn and a special thank you to a wonderful lady called Elaine.

I would like to thank Lesley and Theresa for their great help and sympathy. They guided me carefully and provided all the information I could need. They also helped enormously in co-ordinating the efforts of the local priest and the crematorium.

The service was excellent from start to finish, both kind and supportive. The organisation was superb and anything that was needed from me put clearly, simply and with great respect. The day of the funeral went very smoothly, everything at the right place, at the right time and not rushed. I felt proud of the send-off we had managed. Highly professional all round.

I would like to thank everyone at Lymns for all of their help and support over the last four weeks. 
Gary has been amazing, calmly guiding me through all of the proceeedures and most importantly listening to my anxieties.

On Monday 3rd October 2016 , the day of my dear Mum's Funeral all of the staff were so kind and positive .
I wanted it to be a memorable day and it certainly was, thank you Jim , very understanding and you helped me stay strong so that I could speak to everyone inside. 
I said goodbye to my best friend and you all helped me,

I would particularly like to express my grateful thanks to Donna Conroy for the very professional and sincere way in which she has dealt with the family and friends of Charles from start to finish. In all the arrangements and business that was required, her support has been of the highest order and she is to be commended on her warm and friendly manner. This has made a sad time all the easier to bare.

The whole team could not have conducted themselves any better, they were exemplary.

My Father's funeral was organised by Russell at the Arnold branch and everything from the day my Dad died to the funeral was handled in the most sympathetic and professional way.
All aspects of the funeral and all our requests were met to the highest standards and Russell and his colleagues helped us celebrate my Father's life.

Going to make the funeral arrangements for my beloved uncle, Especially when feeling emotional was not an easy task. However, I received from the very start, a very caring supportive and informed step by step guidance of how to put everything into place. My choices were explained clearly without pressure or expectation in any way. It was so much easier for me to deal with more than I could ever have imagined.

Everything went very well on the day and the whole event made me feel personally, that I had fulfilled my uncles funeral wishes.
