From the moment that Donna walked into our home we knew that our Dear Mam and the family were in safe, kind hands. She guided us through what could have been a distressing time with gentleness and kindness.
This has been the case throughout our dealings with Lymn's, and on the funeral day itself the kindness and gentle authority made us all feel secure, as did all of the driving staff.
Speaking on behalf of all the family i cannot commend highly enough the treatment we have enjoyed.

Just the smell when we visited our boy, so distressing at the time. We couldn't kiss him or hold his hand and this just added to the distress. It was sorted eventually Just wish it was sorted at the start. Otherwise the service given was very good. We still asking for some help and are sure we will get all the help we need. X

Unfortunately I lost my dear dad and my wonderful husband within months of each other. The respect dignity and kindness both times were only to be described as absolutely excellent.
