I would highly recommend the services of A W Lymn. From the first appointment with Ellie which was informative, helpful and concise to the day of the funeral where Mark guided us through everything, we felt that everything was being done above and beyond to ensure the day went as we wished.

I have used AW Lymn several times over the last few years and every time the service is excellent. They are so caring and willing to accommodate all the wishes of the deceased. I would recommend them to everyone

At our time of pain and grief everyone especially Julia at A W Lymn was fabulous julia was reassuring that everything for my brother's funeral would be how my mother wanted it to be she made a difficult process easier and was very professional and understanding of what a difficult thing this is to do everything was done perfectly and with such grace and respect so much so my mother and father have change there funeral plans to Lymns well done barbara for the very special order of service she put together thankyou thankyou everyone at Lymn's

From the beginning to end the service received was of the highest standard. The vehicles and the staff were brilliant and made the day so much less stressful. Would not hesitate to recommend and use the services again should the need arise

Impressed by everything, but was a little disappointed with the flowers for the top of the coffin. For £100.00 it didn't look anything like the double ended coffin sprays in the brochure, nor did it seem 3 feet in length.
However we were thoroughly impressed with the cars and service provided by the drivers and bearers, and Scott for his compassion when sorting out the arrangements.
The vicar was excellent, clearly spoken and everyone said at the end that they thought the service was a truly beautiful one and that we had done Joan proud.Chloe Lymn Rose replied

We are however sorry that you were disappointed with the floral tribute that was provided. As the flowers were included as part of one of our packages there was no specific value attributed to them but they were detailed as being 3 ft. in size and so this will require investigating for you. I will therefore ensure that the photographs of the tribute are found and looked at, and someone will be in contact with you directly once this has been done. Thank you. -

Teresa took care of our arrangements and was very professional, showing empathy and understanding on the loss of our father. The whole funeral process went very smoothly and Teresa’s colleagues were respectful and caring. The flowers were beautiful. We cannot fault the service we received from Lymns and it was a very memorable day for us. Thank you

We were so impressed with how supportive and professional the service was from Lymns. From beginning to end Kevin assisted and took care of everything beautifully. We absolutely would recommend them to anyone looking for a personal friendly compassionate family centered company.

Very good service from all the Staff ,on explaining our your Funeral arrangement's will be the Selection and Cost's,Flower's, church service's there Transport and what is needed. Kind, polite and understanding Staff. Would recommend there Service's.

Natalie who works at your Beeston funeral parlour was very helpful, nothing was to much trouble.
She treated my sister and I with compassion and understanding when arranging the funeral of our mum. We also thought Richard was very professional in making the day of the funeral run smoothly by talking us through the procedure.
