We would like to put on record how excellent the service was at A W Lymn of Arnold, we couldn't really have asked for more. As you are aware at such a sad time of losing one's brother you have so much on your mind and we found that all the staff put our minds at rest, they explained and helped us immensely from beginning to the actual service. On the previous day to the funeral, Russell telephoned us at home to tell us how things would proceed and we were very grateful to him, nothing was left to chance. Many thanks to all concerned, you were all very knowledgeable and caring. Linda

Although a sad time, the staff at our first visit talked us through the experience with empathy! On the day all our worries were replaced by A.W.Lymn total professionalism throughout and the curtesy they showed from start to finish. We cannot thank them enough .

Everything went to plan with the minimum of fuss. Lindsay and Jane were very helpful and sensitive throughout the process which made a difficult time easier for us to bear as a family.

The day we never wanted to come - the burial of our beloved mum. Lymn's made the whole day very special & very personal. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They made suggestions & helped us through the entire process, from procedure & planning, through to flawless perfection on the day! A big thank you to all the staff from David, Carol & families.

Their professionalism, attention to detail and personal touch was a great comfort to all the family at a difficult time. Very reassuring to be in such good hands. Particular thanks to Courtney for the planning and Teresa for the management of the funeral. We are very grateful.

The service the family received at this difficult time was exemplary.
From the first contact we were dealt with with care and consideration.
All arrangements went very smoothly and we had support of Andrew at the West Bridgford office who took care of anything that was asked.

I couldn’t recommend them more. Dan Barnes in the Littleover branch was amazing; it was completely stress free. He was lovely to speak to, so friendly, polite and patient. All the family were very impressed.

A W Lymn did an exceptional job for our mum and the family. From the first contact we made with them, Lymn's were extremely compassionate and operated with the upmost professionalism.
The whole process went smoothly and the service itself was perfect, a fitting tribute to mum.
We are extremely grateful to Nigel Lymn-Rose and Fiona Hall for the service they gave us. Adding that personnel touch goes a long way.
We would certainly recommend A W Lymn to everyone. We can't thank them enough.
