Very friendly and helpful at a time when it was needed most made you feel at ease nothing was too much trouble. We hope we won’t need them again but wouldn’t hesitate if we had to. Thank you.

I had no idea how to arrange a funeral. I didn't need to worry. Fiona made it all more bearable after the death of my husband in a tragic accident.
she was natural, friendly, while maintaining professionalism. I felt I could ask anything, no matter how trivial or stupid I thought it may be. She would always give me time to talk. It felt like our family were special. The day came and everything went smoothly and again personally with the driver slowing down when we passed friends who had come out to pay their respects.

Due to the current circumstances with COVID-19, we were not allowed more than 15 family members to attend my father's funeral. But this was no fault of theirs as there is only so much they can do under the current restrictions.
Everybody I have spoken to at A.W Lymns of Arnold have been very sympathetic and very professional in their manner. All of the arrangements had to be done by telephone or email but Ellie was always available to offer her support and understanding.
The tribute read by Keith Brown got my father just right, everyone has said how wonderful it was and how they believed that Keith himself knew my father.
Thank you so much for your excellent service you provided to me and my family.

Absolutely brilliant it was so hard for us but Lindsay was so beautiful and lovely from start to finish, she made our last time with dad so special so I would like to thank them all jane too she was so beautiful so Lymns you have done us proud thankyou so much xxxxx

I have nothing but praise for Nigel Lymn rose and his team.
our wonderful son Harry died in Melbourne, Australia on April the 19th 2020.
Nigel worked tirelessly to arrange his repatriation, even taking calls from Australia at three in the morning.
I work closely with Nigel, Sharon, Richard, (The Celebrant) and the rest of the team, to provide a wonderfully crafted sensitive send-off for our lovely boy. Nobody could have done a better job of holding our hands and giving us comfort, throughout the process.
I should add that during this period. We lost my mother in law. Once again Lymn's, in the person of Joanna, at the Clifton branch, guided us through an incredibly difficult time to leave us with some lovely memories.
Sam and I thank you all, from the bottom of our hearts.

Kevin, It was very sad to be called upon by you and Sam following the loss in Australia of your son Harry. This was a particularly difficult time for you in so many ways and I am only grateful that Sharon, Megan and all the team here were able to assist you and I in bringing Harry home to his native Nottingham and to provide a service that had a warm feeling in spite of the pandemic restrictions. Thank you for your accolade and thank you for the comments regarding Joanna at Clifton in regard to the death of your mother-in-law. -

Having known Adrian for over 45 years it was very sad to be called upon to oversee his funeral at a time of such restrictions. I was pleased that we were able to take him to the "yard" en-route to the crematorium and I am pleased that the services of our funeral director Mark, myself and the team proved helpful to Pat and you, your brother and all the family. -

Thank you so much to everyone at Lymns, Mansfield branch, everyone was so caring and kind particularly Tina. At a stressful time they were there to answer any query no matter how small. The coffin made of Swaledale wool was beautiful.

Everything was perfectly handled even due to the current situation. Arranging my brothers funeral over the phone was so simple. All the staff were amazing arranging and on the day. My brother had a beautiful send off.

Due to Covid 19 with all it’s shielding and distancing rules and regulations, the entire funeral planning was done over the phone. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful and supportive. Nothing was too much trouble and the entire funeral went without a hitch. Thank you so much.

I went to Lymn's 3 years ago when my mother passed away ,I was very pleased with the way they handled everything So when my father passed away I decided to use them again. Everything went smoothly even with covid 19 to deal with. Organizing a funeral can seem daunting but with Lymn's to guide you can do it.

During Lockdown arrangements for the funeral were made via phone and email but still I felt there was someone ‘holding my hand’ and guiding me through every step. Julia, at Wollaton, was patient and supportive and the service was perfect.

Excellent from the beginning, not knowing where to turn or even start you took control and informed me off the choices every step off the way and were so companionate in the sorting out that the funeral went ahead just as my dad would have wanted it with no stress to the family. Words can not say enough thanks from the family and Lynsey was a brick
