The service provided was excellent. Mark was a lovely gent providing a very personal and compassionate approach. They managed nearly everything that is required, including cemetry arrangements, orders of service, flowers,newspaper notices church contact as well as all other funeral arrangements.
For a previous relative Mark was also very helpful with the procedures and requirements to transport the remains abroad.
The family are extremely thankful for their care of my mother at this very emotional time.

Jane keetly was a very helpful & supportive lady. We  felt very comforted & directed by her, she is a huge asset to you. Unfortunately she was unwell,so could not attend the funeral. Although her replacement was pleasant, there was little connection between us for quite a delicate time & I was slightly upset that she started to walk in front of the Hurst which I had specifically ask not to be done.
