The staff at lymns  are so sympathetic and helpful,
They arranged mum’s funeral and did it  so  professionally especially Megan who kept in touch with  our family  throughout the whole  time .
Also a special thank you to Mathew who  assisted with  driving and carrying mum’s coffin  .

Losing our mother was devastating  
But trying to organise a funeral Due to the outbreak of The Coronavirus was was difficult and only added to our grief 
 
However , thanks to Alan and his team Everything went as well as could be expected ...given the circumstances. and we were  so very grateful for that .

Due to corona virus and age group due to attend, I am afraid it was a reduced service, 4 family members only. In very unfortunate circumstances and late change to arrangements, once again Teresa proved to be a wonderful asset to your company. With many thanks to Richard who too, had to alter service arrangements.

Dan has been hugely supportive through what has been an even more challenging time due to the Covid-19 crisis. Very adaptive and accommodating my needs to sort out the funeral but also to put in place a memorial for sister. I can't thank him enough.

My fathers funeral was everything we could have wanted as a family and more, obviously because of the latest virus issues, there were restrictions and some things were not possible to arrange but i couldn't have wished for a better send off for my dad and it was all made possible thanks to Laura Beard, Laura gave Excellent customer service, she was compassionate, patient,caring , she was just the person we needed at such an awful time. Everything that could be done , she did, Laura is a credit to the Lymns family business. Thank you to all the staff that helped from the removal to the burial, our family are forever greatful

Thanks for the support from Kim and the Lymn's team for the sensitive and professional way in which they guided us through the funeral arrangements; and much appreciated they were able to arrange for both the same Vicar and Funeral Conductor as for my fathers funeral four years earlier.

Despite the awful circumstances we are all experiencing at the moment, Lymns did a beautiful service for Barrie. Special thanks to Michelle as she went way above & beyond just doing her job. She did everything posssible to make it as lovely as possible. Thanks also to the guys for the kind & respectful way they handled everything on the day. Thankyou too to Heather for the beautiful reading. So wanted to give them all a big hug! This isn't the first time we've used Lymns. They've never let us down. Wouldn't use anyone else. XX

I wish to thank Fiona Hall for her care and support and help during what has been a heartbreaking experience. My Mum planned a beautiful funeral sadly because of the Covid19 crisis the funeral was not as Mum had planned which was devastating. Fiona was so helpful and did what she could to help and I am so grateful for that beautiful bunch of yellow roses you found for her. I meant so much Thank you xx

Under the terrible circumstances, the day went as well as it could. Mark always made you feel at ease and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. The respect and professionalism was 110% at all times no matter how much of a difficult time it is. I can't thank Mark enough for being there every step of the way, no matter the hurdles we all had to jump with everything going on. So thank you for giving my dad a sent off he deserved.

Excellent service, thank you. Alan Matthews in particular was very professional and extremely helpful as we put together Dad’s funeral during all the chaos of the coronavirus restrictions. We still managed to do Dad proud despite all the obstacles fate threw into our path.
