The team at A W Lymn Wollaton were so professional, caring, kind and organised that I cannot say enough about how impressed I am. Kirby was excellent in every way, she is certainly perfect for her role which must be quite difficult at times. Alan too was always helpful, pleasant and welcoming every time we visited the premises. I am sure my Mum, Marjorie Hutchinson, would have been so pleased that she chose A W Lymn to look after her. With thanks for everything.

AW Lyman in Bulwell were extremely kind, friendly and helpful in arranging my late father’s funeral.  

Kim, Caroline and Richard, the celebrant were very professional and supportive and guided us through all aspects of the arrangements.

All the staff were very supportive and helpful whilst going through this very sad and emotional time. It was nice to know there was always someone there on the phone for you. I was very nervous and anxious on the day of my mothers funeral but Mark was there giving me the reassurance and confidence I needed. Wendy at Lymn Rainworth was excellent. She answered every question we had and even the ones we didn't know we had.

Lindsay at Lymns in Radcliffe on Trent was brilliant. She took me on a journey of what happens now and next and on the day of my father's funeral. She explained how other people in the process worked and what they did. She spent time talking to me about the services they offer and was able to make the links with local people like the church and the priest. On the day, Jane was the Funeral Director. She and her team were so discrete but very helpful. They made sure that I understood what was happening, what I should do and what my family should. Knowing what to expect was really helpful. Above all they treated my Dad with respect and were kind and sensitive to everyone who gathered to say goodbye to him.

We were so pleased with the friendly , compassionate and professional service , Thankyou . Particular Thankyou to Russell who helped us arrange the funeral and who we saw on the day and also to Beryl on reception. We had lots of comments from people saying what a lovely service it was . Positive comments about how nice the room and surroundings were, and especially the flowers which were absolutely beautiful . It was also a lovely touch , we thought , how the list of mourners and the comments cards were given to mum in a lovely folder inside a lovely box .

Laura at A.W. Lymn Aspley dealt with all the arrangements for my mothers funeral in a professional, yet personal and touching manner. Within the first meeting she covered everything in a way that was sympathetic and compassionate to our fresh grief. At a time where decision making can be very difficult for a bereaved family, she helped in making those decisions without any pressure at all.  We were given a folio at the meeting with all the relevant paperwork and clear explanations on what we needed to do, particularly with registering the death, and she highlighted clearly all the outstanding bits we needed to do i.e. flowers, choosing music, photos for the Order of Service. Laura kept in touch along the way and everything was just perfect on the day.  
The cortege was outstanding, as were the funeral staff on the day of the funeral, very professional.  They directed us every step of the way and showed great compassion with my father having dementia and being very confused.  Everything was done very smoothly with no rush.  
Thank you to all at Lymns, an outstanding service and would thoroughly recommend.

The family would like to thank Lymn's and in particular Russ for his professionalism and respectfulness and the dignity that he gave to my father on the day of the funeral and burial. Lymn's were exceptional at organising the collection of my mother from hospital in a wheelchair in their designated wheelchair friendly vehicle so that she could attend the funeral and made the planning and organising of the funeral and my mothers attendance very easy and straightforward. They were very friendly and approachable and I would highly recommend them.
