Very professional. Always at the end of the phone and very accommodating. Nothing a problem and always wiling to work around your needs at this sad time.
Very understanding and takes time to explains the process and keeps you up to date.
Dominick is a great asset to Lymes.

I have nothing but the highest praise for the service I have received from A. W. Lymn Nottingham. Every aspect of my sister's funeral was superbly conducted and all staff were efficient, courteous and supportive.

The only thing I could comment on is that the pall bearers were different heights which made it look a little awkward. Other than that everything was perfect and could not have gone any better.

We are sometimes unable to coordinate a team of pall bearers of the same height and we are sorry that on this occasion it resulted in things looking a little awkward, but we thank you for bringing this to our attention and we will try our best to prevent this happening to other families in the future. -

From the moment I walked through the door for the first time Karen has been absolutely lovely and really helpful. She kept me upto date about what was happening all the way through the process. Was so patient with me when I changed my mind about things.
Then on the day of the funeral Andy was lovely and helped us through the day.

Very professional Dan was helpful and compassionate listened to what we wanted kept me informed every step of the way and did a wonderful job of giving my mum a lovely funeral. we would highly recommend them . The flowers that we ordered through them was stunning as well .

Unfotuately we had two family members who died very shortly after each other .It is testament to Lymns we used their services for both in each case we received a highly professional service. We were guided through the process with warmth and efficiency making for all concerns we had being lifted from our shoulders. Highly recommended.

Ellie was fabulous throughout the whole process. She was professional and compassionate and nothing was too much trouble. We had some last minute challenges which she handled so calmly and efficiently . You gave my Dad a dignified funeral thank you.

I want to say a huge thank you to Alan and Julia at the Wollaton branch. I was treated with compassion and kindness and they made a sad and difficult time bearable for me and all the family. The funeral was professional, dignified and incredibly well run with a large helping of human kindness. We had the funeral on a Saturday and viewing of mum specially arranged for Saturday morning to accommodate relatives flying in from Ireland. Nothing was too much trouble and I am so very grateful. Thank you again.

The help and support from Michelle, Mick and Wayne was absolutely outstanding.
Nothing was too much trouble despite the difficult circumstances we were faced with.

They is no words when you had to say bye to your wife and best mum for your children. Joanna help my family a lot to put everything together. And that was no easy She had to deal with people which English is no first language and she did very well with professionalism and attention to detail. I will recommend this director's to anyone, top class, thank you.

From the moment we first made contact with A W Lymn we felt heard, supported and respected.
Every thought and wish we had for my parents funeral was honoured by them.
The staff were wonderful, thoughtful and intuitive which at a sad and difficult time is so very important.
The chapel of rest and ease of access to it was so very special.

I wholeheartedly commend A.W. Lymn of Spondon for their organisation and their respect during a very difficult time for my family throughout the preparations for the funeral of our son. In particular I would like to thank Kevin and his team for their thoughtfulness, sincerity and absolute attention to detail both before and during the funeral at which they accommodated 220 mourners at Risley Church.

We were very pleased with the service we received. All of the Lymn staff were extremely understanding, courteous and professional. The funeral service that we had for Mum was excellent. We would recommend A W Lymn to all our family and friends. Thank you.
