They handled everything efficiently and without fuss. Even though we had to cope with the virus situation it was a smooth and comforting experience dealing with them. Arranging the funeral was dealt with by only two telephone calls which made it much less stressful than I expected, and if these matters can be called a good experience then this was it.

Caring and Professional  as always, but during these strange times with coronavirus & the lockdown - they all went that extra mile - even if it was spending time to chat to me on the telephone as I felt very isolated  especially from my family ,  it helped make  this traumatic time easier to cope with. I would highly recommend using this funeral director, they were professional and extremely friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect and went as smooth as possible. During this sad and stressful time, Lymn’s have been wonderful. With lock down and the current Corona virus situation, everything had to be done over the phone and at a distance. They were sympathetic, extremely helpful and made arranging everything as easy as possible.
On the day, Nigel Lymn Rose was excellent. He accommodated Lily’s neighbours who couldn’t attend the funeral, allowing them to view the coffin from the side of the road. He was very helpful when we were at Bramcote crematorium easing us through the requirements and restrictions.
We thank everyone involved for their kindness, compassion and assistance throughout the whole process.

From the start I had a choice of Anne’s resting place to suit where I lived.David&Wendy were very professional but also kind and supportive.On the day of the funeral the gentleman in charge was again very good,helping us all get through the various stages.Finally the lady who took the service was exceptional. The staff at the place were professional, they were understanding and helpful.
However the companies charging for viewing the body in the chapel of rest I don't agree with, wanting £200 just to say goodbye which I know alot of other companies don't charge for. Also was upsetting for my grandmother's sister coming out of the service to see her flowers she had brought were missing and still at branch, good job she came or we would of been no wiser of missing flowers, staff soon rectified it but it shouldn't of happened.
