I can’t praise the staff enough, nothing was to much trouble they were so kind.
Always there at the end of the phone to sort out any problem & answer any queries I had.

Incredibly professional and personal service, during the worst time of our lives. It was really reassuring to know that everything was being planned and organised as per our wishes. We are incredibly grateful, especially to Jackie Potter (Shirebrook branch) who was wonderful.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Louise and Teresa looked after us and nothing was to much trouble. The guys on the day of the funeral, driving the cars and pallbearers, were amazing, professional and courteous. The whole team made an awful experience more bearable. Thank you!

We could not fault the service and care we received. It was first class - a great welcome - excellent organisation skills - attention to detail - appropriate handling of sensitive conversations with specific relatives - quality of materials - briefings at every stage. We experienced a prompt, professional and sympathetic service from the Arnold office staff. Nothing was too much trouble and there was a good level of communication between Lymns, family and other parties prior to the funeral. On the day of the funeral, we were impressed by the respectful and ceremonial way the event was delivered. At such a difficult time, we felt Lymns provided the support that a family needed.

A W Lymn of Wollaton provided excellent service for my mother's funeral last week. Everything was organised perfectly with great attention to detail, and it was all done in a very thoughtful and caring way. Alan and Julia helped so much, both with the arrangements prior to the funeral, and also on the day, ensuring that everything went smoothly - I cannot praise them enough.

All the staff have been very attentive, and professional at all times. Everything they did was checked by us before they did it so we knew what was happening, what would be said and how things would work on the day. Tracey really looked after us and Terry and Richard gave a good service which everyone has said they really enjoyed. Julia did an amazing job on the day of directing and coordinating the funeral.

Lymns were fantastic, Kim was brilliant nothing was too much trouble for her, very professional ,but friendly with it. The horses looked fantastic and behaved impeccably and the staff on the day were also excellent. A hard day was made much easier by the professionalism of the team. I can't thank them enough. I feel we did mum proud and we had a lovely celebration of her life. A massive Thank you to Lymns.

what can we say but thank you so much. you did mum proud ! the funeral was everything we wanted and more. Everyone commented of what a lovely service it was and how beautiful her casket was and it really was everything we wanted. thank you for recommending the florist they were brilliant. I would highly recommend you and we would not use anyone else.
