Superb, friendly service at each step in the process. All questions answered promptly and professionally. I felt that everything was under control and that I didn’t need to worry about anything in the days leading up to my wife's funeral.

Not knowing anything about the arrangements of a funeral i found the Hucknall offices very helpful

AW Lymn (Wollaton) have been warm, friendly, respectful and easy to deal with from the start. Alan and Julia were helpful, kind and professional following the loss of our beloved Heather. With the current crisis over everyone, nothing was ever too much trouble and we were able to give Heather the send-off she would have wanted and deserved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to deal with someone else's loved one.

Mum's funeral was just as she would have wanted. Sadly at this strange time only a handful of us were able to attend but the other members of the family were able to view online. Lymns treated the whole event with dignity and compassion. I was guided through the process step by step by your staff. Their comforting words helped me through it.

Thank you for your sensitive and efficient organisation of my mum's funeral whilst we are in lockdown. The webcast was brilliant, enabling many family and friends from around the world to join us in celebrating mum's long life.

The help and support we received was brilliant. At such a difficult time we never felt rushed when making important decisions. Andrew Brown, the Funeral Arranger, was always available to speak to and dealt with each of our requests in a thoughtful and compassionate manner. The whole experience was made so much easier by the support we received from the team at West Bridgford. Please pass on our thanks.

All things covered and not too much trouble , we were dealt with with compassion and empathy by Andrew at West Bridgford throughout the process and considering the unusual circumstances at the present time it was all well organised and went according to plan .

Due to the current circumstances with COVID-19, AW Lymn were unable to provide what we would have wanted for my Dad. This is no fault of theirs as there is only so much they can do under the current restrictions.
Everything they were able to provide was very good. Funerals are extremely sad anyway, but to have to say farewell to a loved one this way, was heartbreaking.Chloe Lymn Rose replied
