I’d like to thank all the staff at AW Lymn for a sterling job.
You made my wife’s funeral a day we will never forget.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Jackie was happy to discuss requirements and try and make them happen. Nothing was too much trouble. Andrew looked after us on the day and was again fantastic. All round a very professional job. We were a bit disappointed that there was a cost to visit my father prior to the funeral, but as it turned out my sisters and mother didn't want to visit in the end.

Thank you for your positive review and in particularly your kind words about the service provided by Tracey and Richard. We are sorry that you felt a little disappointed about the additional amount we charge to visit a loved one before the funeral, but our reason for this is that we do not want families to pay for services that they do not require so rather than pricing our funerals as packages we only charge for each element that is selected and do not charge for any that are not required. I hope this helps to clarify the matter and thank you for giving us the opportunity to explain. -

The whole process could not have been handled in a more sympathetic, professional and organised way from our very first appointment. The staff in the office, the celebrant and the funeral directors and staff on the day were superb. It was my first experience of organising a funeral and I was guided through every step of the way. I cannot thank all involved enough.

Very professional guided us through the whole process from start to finish nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service on the day of the funeral cars immaculate whole team were very smartly turned out. Completely satisfied.
