Can’t thank them enough for everything they did for our dad. They were so understanding and caring from start to Finnish. Especially would like to thank Karen you were a star and so lovely, and thank you for being so patient with us. The drivers on the day were lovely and friendly & very understanding.

The whole process was carried out professionally with care and attention from the phone call at 3 am in the morning to the funeral service and then collecting funds for our chosen charity and care of the ashes. I was comforted to have a women come to the house to collect my mothers body and then have contact again with her at the funeral, just knowing she looked after my mother was reassuring.

Can't fault them very very helpful and understanding nothing too much trouble when changing things about through family wanting different things from the initial plan ..The actual funeral was and went better than expected ..used for my dad 18 yrs ago ..My mother would of loved it under different circumstances they did everything she and us wanted no questions highly recommend

A very big thank you to Kevin who carried out our wishes in a very caring and compassionate manner . He
made the whole process from start to finish so much easier to bear .
A big thank you also to the lady in the office who was also very kind and compassionate.
Thank you to the drivers of the cars for their courteous manner on the day of the funeral .
Everything ran so smoothly and was a great comfort for the advice given and how everything was done .
Again thank you to all staff at Lymns Becket Street.

Many thanks to everyone at Lymn's who were so supportive & efficient . Although a sad occasion , it was a wonderful service and it was lovely to have family involvement with our grandsons as pall bearers & family members delivering our tributes.
Our celebrant , Heather , was like a good friend & her part in the proceedings was so important , keeping everything together.
Many thanks to everyone , especially Donna , who was so helpful , however many times I needed her!
