I am overwhelmed with gratitude to everyone connected with providing my mother with her wonderful send off. She would have been so pleased - only pity was that she was not there to see. The staff especially Tracey were exceptional and showed me so much kindness.

A fantastic send off from Lymn's which Keith would have loved to see. Very professional throughout from the initial pre-paid package booking all the way through some challenging obstacles to the final day. The staff were always polite, respectful and very helpful. Thank you all.

Everyone was very good & helpful & kind the funeral all went to plan & it was a beautiful service. My only niggle was I would have liked some more deeper blue in the wreath.

We are however sorry that you were a little disappointed with the colour of the tribute. Unfortunately blue is quite a difficult colour to incorporate in flowers as there are only a limited selection that are naturally blue in colour. We acknowledge that the delphinium used on this occasion was pale rather than deep blue and apologise if this was not as you had hoped. -

Andrew Brown has been very professional and thoughtful throughout in organising my late mother's cremation... My family have used Lymn's funeral services for many years as long as I can remember and have always been extremely professional every time. Also thank you to Mark who met us at the West Chapel on Tuesday 25 February. He was also extremely helpful and thoughtful.
