Lymns provided great support during a particularly difficult time for the family. The service itself went off very smoothly, which was of great comfort to us all. Particular thanks to Dan for all of his help. Would highly recommend their services.

Unhappy with the Arnold branch but robin hood street main office was excellent especially Barbara she was amazing so a big thank you to you Barbara.

Jackie the arranger was very friendly and helpful,not only having to deal with myself face to face but also having to contact my sister in Devon by phone on a number of occasions.Highly recommended.

We had excellent service both before and during the day of the funeral. They couldn't do enough for us to make sure everything was arranged and totally worry free for us all.
On the day of the funeral everything ran extremely smoothly and we would like to make a special mention to Julie for how professional and caring she was to us all.Chloe Lymn Rose replied

From the first phone call from Dominic expressing his own shock & sadness at Mum's sudden death, nothing was too much trouble. Endless people have said it was a wonderful funeral, if there can be such a thing. The Silver Mist looked the business & the old London double decker was brilliant in saving car use & provided a welcome lift of mood between the services. Dominic immediately confirmed that we could have the dog with us all day & provided company for her while we were in the Crematorium. I have just received a lovely folder with a Service Sheet,all the attendance cards & a list of attendees. Our family have used them for my Dad & brother in law's funerals & they have been brilliant at shaping the funeral to our wishes & budget where necessary.

The time and care given to us, as a family was excellent. You made the process as painless as possible.
The follow mon support on preparations for the funeral was also excellent and nothing was too much trouble.

My brother Jim & I , & my partner Bruce, would like to thank Diane & Mark & all the other staff ( drivers, make up, office staff... & anyone we haven’t mentioned!) that supported us to organise a beautiful funeral for our mum Brenda Dorothy Turner.
In the lead up & preparation Diane was super! Lots of tea, understanding, reassurance & sensitivity. Also super efficient!!!
Tha actual funeral was superb.
Mark , mum’s last journey was great, going through much loved territory.
Matthew , a great driver!

We as a family cannot fault the way we were treated with both my mother's funeral back in 2002, and then more recently with my father's funeral. Right from the beginning they acted very professionally but at the same time sympathetic...nothing was too much trouble...we were never rushed, we were given plenty of time deciding on what we wanted and we felt that our loss was theirs. Although there was sadness on the actual funeral day, there was also tears of joy just because of the way we were treated.

Jane and Lindsay were very helpful and understanding when arranging the funeral. We were very pleased how the funeral went and the Celebrant Rebecca White was really good and extolled my wife's virtues perfectly. The flowers were exactly as we wished and all in all I was very satisfied with Lymns.
