There are no words to truly describe  how amazing the whole team are. From the first phone call, to when I collected my grandma’s ashes, I was treated with so much respect and compassion. I was guided through the whole process by Ally, and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better, she truly is an amazing person and a huge asset to the company. I will always be so grateful to her for everything she has done for me, my grandma and my whole family at this very sad and difficult time.

In difficult circumstances Dad's funeral was arranged with sensitivity and understanding. Aly offered and provided helpful suggestions handling everything with professionalism and kindness. It resulted in a comforting and dignified funeral led by a compassionate reverend in Penny.

Excellent all round service from the Coop team. Lauren and Ian arrived within an hour to collect mom and take her to the Chapel of Rest at Proctor Road. From there Aly and her colleagues looked after us through every step of the process. I would highly recommend.

Despite the self isolation and the lock down period which has greatly affected every body, the staff who organised the cremation treated me in a very sympathetic and kind manner. I could in no way fault the service that I received.

The funeral arrangements were subject to the social distancing restrictions introduced as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

However, throughout the entire process, from first contacting Co-op Funeral Services to the Service at Grimsby Crematorium, I felt comfortable, confident and supported.

I would like to thank Anna my Funeral Arranger, John my Funeral Director and Anthony my Civil Celbrant for ensuring that the funeral of my dear mother was conducted with due grace and diligence. In particular the silk flowers provided by the funeral director and the kind words from Anthony within the funeral service, enhanced the experience.

I would like to extend my thanks to all those involved in the funeral arrangements.
