We are very happy with the service we received at this very trying time

Although we could not meet face to face we did make contact via email regularly.  We also had contact by phone and was kept informed of all updates.  The staff at the funeral home  where very attentive and professional.  Our floral tribute was also provided by the coop and they really did an excellent job our Dad would have been so pleased.

A fantastic job under very difficult circumstances

In such strange times with covid19 ,Anna helped so much and was there to help all the way letting us know of any changes straight away. With Anna being so easy to get hold of and so helpful made the funeral of my mum so much less stressful. I’m very pleased with my new garage door.
The two gentlemen who came to do the changeover were very efficient at removing the old door and frame then installing the new frame and door. I couldn’t believe how quickly they completed the task. Thanks gents. 
It looks smashing, I was then shown how to operate the lock, and open and close mechanisms. Really smooth and easy. 
Made me realize how awful my old door was, I’d put up with that for 8 years.

All the staff were friendly and showed empathy at all stages of the service. They went that extra mile especially considering the circumstances at the time. I was dreading my mothers funeral as the lock down due to the corona virus meant we couldn't have a church service or have our family present, as things turned out
I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. Everything went so smoothly and our celebrant Andrew Key was perfect, he made the funeral feel so personal and special.
Ali from the co-op funeral directors was very helpful and did everything she could to make things run smoothly and we kept in contact over the telephone which put my mind at ease.
I have given a 5 star and highly recommend the Lincoln co-op funeral services.
