The professionalism from the Co-op Grimsby Funeral Directors has been wonderful, but the kindness and compassion that comes with it is so incredibly touching. I organised my brothers funeral with such ease with guidance from Kathy who is so lovely. I Will add another review after the funeral. Thank you.

We were very impressed with the service we received from Lincolnshire co op Louth for the funeral of my mum,especially in these circumstances .Gemma was very kind and efficient and organised everything over the phone.John looked after us very well on the day,and Michael Green conducted the service with great professionalism.Everyone was very kind,thankyou for making a difficult day more bearable,would recommend to everyone.

Excellent, my experience, although obviously for myself was sad, i couldn’t have wished for a more caring, helpful, friendly and professional team. 
Choice of different services were explained fully, and decisions were totally my choice. 
Staff were always at the end of the phone to help if needed.
Price wise the package I chose fulfilled all requirements and was competitive, making this difficult time less stressful

Staff and funeral director were excellent and although there were a few teething problems with the sound system at the crematorium leading to a considerable delay in the start of proceedings the funeral itself was excellent. Thank you from us all.

The Co-op have been wonderful. Dad was taken care of very well. If there was anything that I was slightly disappointed with it would be that the embalming process took a long while to get booked in therefore we were left with only a few good days to visit with Dad. Otherwise Richard was the perfect gentleman and when I needed speak with anyone in the office it was usually Mary and she was absolutely fantastic with me, very patient.
Many many thanks to you all you were amazing at this very difficult time.
