Gemma Watson was caring, compassionate and very professional. I felt as if she knew my husband, even though she didn't, and wanted to do her best for him and me. Did not feel rushed and felt at ease to ask her any questions.

Gemma put me in touch with Michael Green, Celebrant, who also had the attributes of Gemma. He immediately put me at ease and and I had great comfort by discussing my husband.
Excellent service.

Julie took us through the whole process, explaining in detail what was required and our options. Nothing was too much trouble. Extremely patient. On the day of the cremation the funeral director and her staff were immaculately turned out and extremely professional in everything they did. The after-service care has been up to that same standard. Excellent!

Everything was done perfectly with caring and genuine staff who offered advice, comfort and support and made a very difficult time so much easier to cope with. Julie was lovely and very supportive.

My dad passed away in June 2020. They treated dad with great respect and were very professional and sympathetic when speaking with the family. I spoke to several members of staff during the time up to the funeral and I couldn't fault them, nothing was too much trouble.
