The service we had was outstanding. Nothing was to much trouble. Communication was excellent. Alan made sure everything was just as we wanted it. The order of service sheets were of excellent quality. Mum looked beautiful and at peace. We had a 3 hour journey to take mum to her resting place,so Alan also had to communicate with the reverend from a distance. All the arrangements were made, and I had nothing to worry about. All the team were very smartly dressed on the day, and treated mum with respect. I cannot recommend them highly enough.1000000/100000 Thank you for everything. Frances Mantle

We were supported as a family in a sensitive and supportive way by all staff we spoke with, particularly Richard, at Lincolnshire Co-op Funeral Services in Spalding. They offer a professional service and helped us with whatever we enquired about in order to arrange a funeral that was a fitting tribute to Malcolm. Thank you to everyone involved who cared for Malcolm and us from the time you took him into your care and until after the funeral service.

The Co-op Horncastle Funeral Home did an excellent job for Mum's funeral this week. The staff were very helpful and considerate at every stage, and made a difficult job doable for me. Like many people, I'd never had to arrange a funeral before, and they helped me through each stage, which helped enormously.
The celebrant they put me in touch with was excellent, and helped us put together a service that everyone thought captured Mum and had just the right tone. On the day, the staff were very professional. Everything went as well as I hoped it would. Nobody wants to have to go through this, but they made it as easy as it can be, I think.

Through this desperately difficult time the service provided was not just professional but I felt personally taken care of. The caring attitude was apparent from the receptionist to the funeral director and every staff member between.

The Video of the funeral was first class which gave all mothers friends and relations a chance to with her in spirit if not in body.

As unpleasant as it can be having to arrange a funeral for a loved one. The Louth coop funeral directors were very helpful all the way. I'd never think of having to recommend this kind of thing at a relatively young age. Although they were brilliant in handling everything. I would especially like to thank Cathy for her support and understanding. Great service all the way through the motions

Even though are requests were simple as that was how my husband wanted it to be. The attention to detail, compassion, understanding and utmost professional attitude was out standing. I dont think we would have been treated anywhere as great anywhere else. Highly recommend Coop funeral care

Having worked with the Coop funeral services professionally I was already aware of how good they were so my Mum chose them for my Dad’s service. 
We had lots of contact from the Director, Stuart Bell - he was fantastic throughout. 
When I had to visit the funeral parlour on Tritton Rd, Lincoln the staff were attentive, respectful and very helpful.

We choice Gainsborough co-op for mums funeral, as they did our dads just over two years ago. In both cases they listened to what we wanted, but obviously in the current circumstances we couldn’t give mum the send off that we gave dad. Katie was brilliant and was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. I would recommend them to anyone

Such a lovely team at Spalding and so well managed. Even with current restrictions in place, arrangements were easy to make and nothing was left to chance. We were always treated with compassion and our unusual request to take a 'detour' past a special place on the way to the crematorium, catered for without question or fuss. Professional, compassionate service - even in the middle of the night.

The arrangements for the cremation were without fault and the service and flowers were beautiful. Nicola was very sensitive and responsive to our needs.  Such a pretty setting.  Communications for the various online services could be improved however.  The Obitus website was not as intuitive as could have been and was cumbersome in parts.  Similarly the webcast was not fully successful for all and would be helpful if at least a few days of viewing were included in the initial package. Thank you
