J G Fielder & Son took care of my mum’s funeral arrangements and were sympathetic, professional and respectful all in equal and appropriate measure. They explained very clearly how things would happen and acted as the central point of liaison between all parties, and this also included from a financial perspective. This made the whole process very easy to negotiate, both emotionally and practically, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to other families. From our experience, you really can rely on them.

The funeral director John was first class, both professional and sympathetic to our loss.
The catering at the reception was also very good and reasonably priced.

Gill Taylor the civil funeral celebrant who conducted the service did a excellent job and described Janet’s life perfectly.
