Jon and the staff at Fielders were extremely supportive at what is a difficult time. When I was unsure what needed to be done next, they guided me and always responded promptly to any query I had.
I know my mum was respected and taken care of while she was with them.
They are extreme professional on the day, making sure everyone knows what is happening and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
They made a very difficult time just a little bit easier.

We have used Fielders on a few occasions,we have always been very satisfied. My mother's recent funeral was exceptional, the care shown to Mum and all my family, by Jon Kirkman and the team was amazing. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and above all else, compassionate and caring. They really understand how difficult it is when one loses a loved one. Nothing was too much trouble and paid attention to the smallest of details.

Jon Kirkman is kind, patient and professional. He embodies all the attributes  needed of someone making arrangements at a time which is upsetting and distressing. Jon made sure that we were happy with arrangements at every stage, answered all questions promptly and made us feel that he really cared about us and our Mum. On the day of the funeral, one of  the pall bearers was
unavoidable delayed; Jon stepped in and replaced him so that our desire that Mum be carried in and not wheeled in could be satisfied. This meant a great deal to us and was another very clear illustration of Jon doing everything to make a loved one’s funeral as special and seamless as possible. 
I cannot recommend Jon and Fielders highly enough:  the initial meeting at our home; the correspondence about and editing of the order of service; the care taken with Mum and the kindness shown when I visited her in the Chapel of Rest; the attention to detail throughout; the respect shown to us all throughout and particularly on the day itself; and the way he took charge of the  invoices  for the flowers and the reception, adding them to the Fielders’ invoice  for a one-off payment from the bank; all of this was service of the highest quality arranged by someone deeply committed to ensuring families feel well supported and cared for at such a challenging time. Thank you.

From the first contact right the way through what could have been a difficult time all of the people we met at Fielders were professional, caring, considerate and supportive. We felt we were in safe hands.  Lucy Horsman, the Funeral Director, guided us through the process, answering our questions promptly and ensuring everything went smoothly. All staff very professional, can't think of anything doing differently. They kept in touch and with us during our 4 weeks wait for the crematorium.
