Wonderful and professional company. Instantly made myself and my family feel at ease and helped with the entire process. They made sure everything was covered without me feeling the weight and stress of organising. So I could simply focus on visiting my mum. Jon kirkman, was exceptional throughout, checking in most days and was there to answer any questions as and when I needed and made me aware and comfortable with the entire process. I was also made comfortable to visit as much as I wanted, without feeling I was putting on them. The funeral, was very professional and went exactly how mum would of wanted it. I cannot thank themselves and there services enough. I cannot sing the staffs praises enough for everything they have done and taken care of for me.

Myself and my mother couldn't have any better looked after at such a difficult time. Simon was lovely to deal with especially during such a difficult time caused by covid-19 restrictions. The minister, service, flowers and all aspects of the funeral were handled with dignity and respect

Absolutely superb service throughout. We were handled with professionalism and compassion at all times.

Every detail was discussed and nothing was too much trouble.

The ability to provide a webcast, for all of the people that were not able to attend due to Covid restrictions and distance, was an added bonus, and all those that watched it were extremely grateful.

I would again like to personally thank John Tattersall for the service that he provided.

I would like to say how pleased we were with all the help and advice Fielder's gave us throughout the whole process from the time of our mothers passing away to the day of the funeral.

This difficult time was made so much easier because of their care and attention ensuring all the appropriate arrangements where in place.

I received excellent and compassionate service from the staff at Fielders. 
It was in difficult circumstances due to the virus and also having to move my uncle back to York from Harrogate. 
I was treated with sympathy and love. 
John Kirkman handled the funeral for me and kept in regular contact and made the whole procedure smooth and easy for me. 
The service at the Crematorium wasn’t easy because of restrictions but it was made lovely for our family. 
Nothing was too much bother. We weee not rushed and we were looked after so well. 
I cannot recommend Fielders enough. I have used them for most of the funerals that I have had to arrange and have always had excellent service and felt totally confident in them .

I live in Ireland and had to arrange my aunts funeral over the phone and online. This was due to Covid 19 and the restrictions.
The staff I dealt with namely Jon and Helen from J G Fielder & Son 
we’re fantastic. I was guided through the arrangements very professionally but with empathy and friendliness.
My aunt was laid to rest and I couldn’t attend but it was a great comfort knowing she was in safe and trustworthy hands.
