Derek was treated with upmost respect and I was supported through ever step of the arrangements. The livestream of the funeral and interment was excellent. It meant that those who weren’t able to attend, as far afield as Essex and even Australia could still be with Derek to say farewell.

The initial contacts were made in a very friendly and informal manner and throughout the pre-funeral period we were kept well informed by regular contact.

Once every thing had been agreed, details were received by us to confirm that all arrangements were as we had agreed.

Presentation and all detailed arrangements on the day of the funeral were all excellent.

Simon and colleagues were very sensitive and patient with me during the whole process. Rob livesy conducted the service and Michaels eulogy just as my daughter and I wished. The Beatles music was perfectly fitting for the occasion as was the poem The last Journey by Timothy Coote.

Really pleased we picked JG Fielder for my father's funeral. John Tattersall was so helpful and caring. Even in these difficult times, he was able to provide a personal service despite having to do much of the arrangement by phone or email due to covid restrictions.
I never had to wait for a reply to questions and everything was done with such goodwill and respect.
I would also like to mention the florist, Patricia May, for the beautiful flowers on the coffin.

Jon Kirkman and the team were professional and caring at all times. They helped us through what was obviously a tough process but they did it with compassion, understanding and always with the utmost respect and decorum. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always available to answer our never ending list of questions.

I found Fielders very Professional ,Sympathetic and Helpful.
Keith Houlston the Funeral Director talked me through every thing on the phone and made Helpful suggestions.
I only met Keith when he arrived with the Hearse at the Crematorium,my family found him to be charming and very Professional.
We couldn't have had a better service.
