We chose J G Fielder based on their outstanding reviews and they lived up to them 110%. Everyone we talked to from the initial call to the wrap up of the funeral was knowledgeable, empathetic and sensitive to the family’s needs. Great communication both on the phone and over email. Incredibly helpful too when we brought in a Lay Minister from outside the area who was unfamiliar with practices at the Crematorium. Thank you all, John Tattersall in particular.
