Lucy and all at Fielders have shown the utmost respect, compassion and understanding in the collection, caring and then the funeral of Dad. They were always communicative with any queries I had. They just enveloped me with what I can only describe as a protective, calming and again understanding warmth at such a sad time . The thoughts of having to organise my late husband's funeral was daunting, I felt that I did not have the strength or ability to begin, what I thought to be a long emotional haul.

All my fears were proved to be unfounded after my daughter contacted J & G Fielder.

Jon Kirkman, took hold of the reins, allowing my daughter and I the space to deal with our loss.

Jon, made the decision making, so easy, as he guided us through the format to be followed.

He came to my home, talked to us, expertly and with empathy for the situation we were in. The way in which he talked to us, did not make me feel that I was having to make decisions. He is an expert in his craft of being a Funeral Director.

The funeral itself was so much more relaxed thanks to Jon's influence and presence. Every aspect and stage of the funeral was conducted in a professional, efficient, respectful manner with utmost care and consideration shown to my daughter and I.

I will be forever grateful to Jon and his team, who worked hard to make sure that all and everything that they did was for the benefit of all concerned.

Jon was so kind and caring at such a difficult time for our family . He gently talked us through the whole funeral process and gave us time to choose what we wanted for my husband’s funeral.

Jon and the staff at Fielders were extremely supportive at what is a difficult time. When I was unsure what needed to be done next, they guided me and always responded promptly to any query I had.
I know my mum was respected and taken care of while she was with them.
They are extreme professional on the day, making sure everyone knows what is happening and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
They made a very difficult time just a little bit easier.

We have used Fielders on a few occasions,we have always been very satisfied. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and above all else, compassionate and caring. They really understand how difficult it is when one loses a loved one.
