I can’t thank everyone enough for all their help and support  in arranging a special send off for Mum.
The day was a sad one but made it more bearable by the way it was handle with care and dignity .
It was the younger member’s of the family first experience of a funeral , which with your help introduced them to the sadder side of life.

Both Nichola and Peter showed much empathy and professionalism when dealing with the funeral of my father.

Everything was dealt with swiftly, or before I had even asked, which made the whole process of organising a funeral go very smoothly.

A quick note to thank you all so very much for such a professional and smoothly worked process and journey from the moment we lost Mim to the conclusion of yesterday's service.

Getting the basics and the operational detail right is the essential foundation for any event or activity but what we have appreciated more than anything else is the kindness, consideration and personal warmth with which all of your team, without exception, have shown us at a very difficult time. That has made this journey so much easier, not only for Eve and I, but also to our family members.

The feedback at the "Wakey Party" as our grandson calls it (and he felt that part went particularly well) was that the services were really successful and fitting for Mim. Your own support on the day was also noticed and mentioned positively. A good result for what can be a difficult day.

So, once again, thanks to you all.

We were so impressed with the service provided by Thornalley Funeral Service we could definitely recommend them.   We were treated like a family friend and not a customer.  Nothing was too difficult for the team to arrange or sort out.  All options were discussed and nothing was forced upon you.  The journey from initially visiting Thornalley's to the funeral service was impeccable.  The whole team were friendly, courteous and sincere.  Their standards were meticulous and the attention to detail was faultless.  Thank you for the effort you all put in, and making the send of a majestic occasion.

The first time we entrusted them with arrangements for a family member, they were so understanding and efficient that we asked them to help us all set-up our funeral plans. Least week was my Mothers funeral, the service provided only reaffirmed our decision to put our trust in Ray, Andrew, their family and team.
