Very professional service from beginning to end.
Bernie & Diane had a difficult task due to unforeseen circumstances , and they dealt with the matter efficiently without stress to myself.
The other members of the team were courteous and put us all at ease on the day of the funeral, which was appreciated. The Co-op Funeralcare took care of everything, just what is needed at such a sad time.

Four yeas ago, during the first lockdown, I came to Brookfields to look after my Dad's funeral. Alex and his team were so helpful and understanding and helped me through the process given the restrictions at the time.

When Mum left us earlier this year there was no question that I would come back to Brookfields. Debbie and Alex again helped me through all the arrangements and ensured everything went smoothly on the day. Thank you so much.

It is my great pleasure to commend Christine and Claire for the way the arranged my wife's funeral and the care and compassion they extended to myself, my family and friends, from the minute they were engaged, to the passing on of her ashes.
They are both a priceless asset to Coop Funeral care and I would strongly advise anyone in the same position as I have been, to initially contact Christine or Claire and for Coop Funeral Care to carry out the necessary arrangements.
They made a very, very sad event into something I now feel proud of having done for my wife.

Very personal and caring. Dealt with everything as discussed. Slight communication problem with the hymn version printed but all went well.

Happy to say that we were impressed by the care and efficiency from the staff. They were excellent at understaning our needs and took us through the process and arrangements very clearly. On the day everything went smoothly as did the return of Mum's ashes after cremation. No hesitation to use again.

Over the years we have always used Cowleys in Stony Stratford for funerals and been very happy with their professional, caring service.
However, we were a little disappointed with several things for Lynne's funeral.
From the start there were mistakes in communications eg. wrong dates for appointments, wrong address.
Also had several problems in putting together the order of service.
The funeral was a Co op funeral plan. We have not yet received a statement of how much was not used but paid for eg. Following limousine. Or receipts for some of the extras.
The staff were very friendly and kind and the funeral itself went well.
