Co-op Worcester were incredibly professional from the outset. Sarah was empathetic and efficient meaning I did not need to worry. Every query was answered and dealt with immediately. The cortège team were wonderful and we all felt they had genuine understanding and respect that we were mourning a dear relative. My thanks to everyone involved. Highly recommended.

The funeral had already been arranged by the deceased some years back, the staff at Basildon were so helpful with all the necessary information and with some last minute changes to accommodate our family.

I had the co-op funeral care for my husband ,they were very respectful,helpful nothing was too much trouble and all the people who attended my husbands funeral said what a
very respectable company it was w. dry.

Deena helped us organise our Dads funeral. She was brilliant and such a massive help. Was caring, gave us great advice and she  didn’t try and sell us lots of extras. The funeral service went very smoothly and was a nice tribute to our Dad. I would highly recommend Banstead Co-op funeral care.

Absolute disgrace the treatment that we received, Never open at times stated, nobody in their coatbridge office after 14:00, clearly states 09:00 to 16:30 Mon to Friday, abrupt staff member says that they need to get their signs updated!! Yet they take the front door sign off when their skiving off at 14:00 and put the sign back up next morning, frazer from the Airdrie office thinks this is funny! Sniggered twice when I was on the phone to him, I requested a basic funeral and was charged over £3800, the celibate turned up 10 minutes late and preceeded to use the deceased ex wife's name as another family member, he spoke for all of 2 min after his 10min lateness, just out from paying the final Bill and during this was gas lighted by Karen the employee saying that I swore at a.member of staff! I preceded to tell her that I swore within the conversation after he was sniggering down the phone, I had travelled up from London yesterday got their at 15:00, place was closed, during my phone call I asked fraser what did he find funny and he sniggered a second time to which I told him that this was not a laughing matter and that it was a fu..ing disgrace what was going on, trust me I will making a formal complaint to their head office, go elsewhere as the female Karen should not be in that establishment.

Our Mother bought a funeral plan many years ago from Co-op Funeral Care, she did this as she wanted to plan and take care of her own funeral and the costs. Mum wanted to make things as easy they could be for the family anticipating that as a much loved mother her passing would already be a difficult time in itself for us.

The Co-op Funeralcare team on Whitegate Drive, Blackpool, lived up to her expectations, I am sure of it, as they exceeded our own expectations of what we expected.

We were guided through the process of funeral planning and preparation at a very gentle pace, allowing plenty of time for questions to be answered and ideas to be explored during the very sensitive period of our recent loss. Any further information or suggestions needed was given at any time we asked.

There were a few additional (reasonably priced) costs to the funeral that were outside the original plan but they came from additional choices that were made by us as a family and again we were pleased with the result.

We recently received the ashes and later took them to a final resting place, again, the Co-op organised everything we needed for this to be as easy as it could be.

I would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending anyone using Co-op Funeralcare of Whitegate Drive, Blackpool, taking care of arrangements for a close relative or friend for their final farewell.

I would have rated 5 but for;
I requested that when the hearse arrived at my house that the NANA flower arrangement would be facing the house on 2 occasions ( for my Grandaughter)Firstly at the initial (caring for me) visit and on the morning of the funeral when we brought flowers. My opinion is that you definitely have communication issues,and maybe some complacency. Whereas this is an ever day issue to you it is not for your client.If not for these matters I would have rated 5.IN SHORT "DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU WILL DO"

As with my previous experience in using FA Holland in Selsey, I received an excellent service. The staff were always kind and compassionate and responded quickly to any queries I had and kept me well informed and up to date with progress. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a funeral director.

I would like to say an enormous heartfelt thank you for the compassion and help offered to our family by the Atherton team. The flowers, casket, memory cards,drivers, all staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for Diane and all the staff we spoke to. Everyone we dealt with were so understanding of our needs and our additional requests and we couldn't have wished for a better send off for our mum. What a fantastic team you all are, it made a very difficult time much easier, so we could concentrate on our grief. Extremely thankful to you all 😍 I apologise it's taken so much time to send the review you deserve. Thank you once again from all our family.

Diane and the team were exceptional in organising my mum's funeral. They were amazingly supportive of us on both a practical and emotional level, which was so reassuring. Mum was treated with a lot of respect and they were very keen that we were happy with everything along the way by keeping in contact regularly. They went the extra mile to help provide answers to worries that I had regarding mum's death, and were patient with me when I couldn't locate my Co Op card for ages, they were so very kind. From beginning the process to the end, we were dealt with sensitively and felt like they all had our backs. The Celebrant they advised for us was also a lovely lady. She was not only highly professional, but also so very kind and helpful. Co Op funerals are not overly extortionate price wise, yet the service is second to none. I can't recommend either the Co Op Funeral Service or the Etterby office and all the staff operating in both Carlisle offices highly enough. I'd like to send a heartfelt thanks to them all for easing the path through such a traumatic time for us.

The Northampton Branch of the Co-op were super, every member of the team that I dealt with, was efficient, compassionate and professional ensuring every detail in the preparation of dad’s funeral was just as I hoped. On the day of the funeral, the funeral director Natalia was incredible, she was on top of everything and was on hand for any tiny detail or question we had.  I would highly recommend the team. Thank you
