Ever body treated myself and my family with great respect. My wife was given a stylish farewell which is just what a loved mum and amazing partner deserved. We also thought that the celebrant Stuart was just the right person to lead the service .

From you coming to collect my Dad to the Day of the funeral, we felt like you were holding our hand every step of the way.

Lorraine,Christine, Kelly and her team made my brothers funeral arrangements as painless as could be. Everything was done with empathy and understanding. Lorraine was very accommodating regarding being able to say our farewell on Mothering Sunday.

I don't really want to comment much as the service in the past has always been very good.

I think the problems we had this time were probably 6 of one and half a dozen of the other.

I was under a time pressure to get funeral done and you were very busy.

Communication was sometimes difficult bit once the arrangements were settled all went smoothly.

This team at Sutton are superb. I am tearful while writing this because of the genuine kind effort they made to ensure we and ours that had passed were cared for. I can tell you from the experience of 5 funeral in 4 years with them,that they have been of true support through out and have left us feeling that we have given our nearest and dearest the best send off. Dianne has done 4 funerals for us and Sarah one. We felt as soon as we spoke to them a great weight was taken from us and we could continue to grieve. The whole team were very knowledgeable and professional but everything was done in a caring personal manor. Freddie and Nichole made the whole day run smoothly even with, on the day, last minuet changes. Nothing was too much they just made it happen. Steve the driver (who was with us the longest) attitude and manor were balanced to a 'Tee'. He was quietly there when you needed him.
We congratulate this wonderful team for their vocation and take this opportunity to sincerely thank them from the bottom of our hearts

I haven't got time for people that think tittle tattling is OK, having worked for the coop funeral service myself I was disgusted from start to finish with my dads funeral, I was not impressed and I'm in too minds as weather I will bother giving you my business at all now 😡

The care and consideration we received was excellent. Everything was taken care of, the service, catering, flowers, everything. It made a difficult time so much easier. Geradine was so kind and helpful and Helen, the Celebrant, was amazing.

From the moment we contacted Kingswood Funeralcare we felt we were in safe hands. Lesley was caring and compassionate, answered all our questions and understood our needs. Nothing was too much trouble and most importantly there was no hard sell. At the funeral itself, the team led by George were very professional. George went out of her way to reassure us that everything would be okay and offered her support whilst remaining discreet. They were all genuinely brilliant.

From the very start of organising the funeral for mum, Patricia Lavender, the staff were professional and caring.
We went to see mum in Ewell on the 23rd March, she looked so peaceful.
On the day of mums funeral, The Funeral Director, Terry, was most attentive to myself and put me and my family at ease. Your men even wore Lavender coloured ties.
Julia did a marvellous job also wearing Lavender colour clothing.
Catherine has been keeping in touch with me.

My brother and I were made immediately welcome on arrival, and the Direct Cremation plan was explained clearly and professionally.
