The service was exemplary from the collection of John's body to the burial in his final resting place. The funeral itself led by Stacey Bentley ran like clockwork - organised, efficient and unobtrusive. Similarly, her professionalism, empathy and advice in the previous week was much appreciated. At a time of great stress and sadness it was reassuring to feel that she was well in control. Thank you.

Thank you Sarah at the West Bridgford office for all your help in organising my Mums funeral, everything went really smoothly to give my mum a really good send off. Thanks also to Colum, who on the day was the personification of dignity, efficiency and respect.

Mark Collishaw was excellent in meeting our needs sympathetically, he was supportive when required & gently advised us when we asked for his help, funeral was excellent, my Dad would have been proud, everything perfect & smoothly operated from our perspective as customers though I'm sure behind the scenes was a different story to ensure my Dad had a beautiful service
Every problem Mark was there to sort out & available whenever we called, nothing seemed too much, the staff scheduled to support Dads funeral day were superb, courteous, respectful & patient, thank you for helping make our last goodbye as special as we wanted it to be

Very professional service indeed from Lymn's. My mum's funeral was very smooth. The head funeral chap explained everything as each stage of the funeral took place.
They were courteous, polite and respectful at all times.

The thoughtful care and support we received from Joanna at the Clifton office was excellent.
It helped us through a difficult time. On the Day Colum and the team were professional and supportive and gave my Dad a great send off.
